Sia la struttura che la suite sono molto belle, pulite, silenziose, accoglienti e in una posizione strategica per raggiungere qualsiasi posto dell’isola. Colazione abbondante e fresca

Ότι και να πω για το ursa major είναι λίγο, εξαιρετική τοποθεσία, απίστευτες ανέσεις, ησυχία, ιδιωτικότητα και vip αίσθηση, ΑΞΕΠΕΡΑΣΤΟ φρεσκομαγειρεμένο πρωίνό, τόσο νόστιμο και προσεγμένο, με απίστευτες ομελέτες, κρέπες και άλλα που νόμιζες ότι είσαι στο καλύτερο all day χωρίς υπερβολή, το τζακούζι ήταν ευχάριστο και μαζί με το ποτό μας το καταευχαριστηθήκαμε, είχαμε μια ολόκληρη αυλή μεσ' τα λουλούδια δική μας, με ωραίες μπόχο ομπρέλες και ξαπλώστρες, μπορώ να γράφω πόσες ώρες για το πόσο ευχαριστημένοι μείναμε, ο ιδιοκτήτης ο Γιάννης μας ενθουσίασε με την φιλοξενία του, την απλότητα αλλά και την αρχοντική του συμπεριφορά, μαγειρεύει ο ίδιος μας είπαν παρόλο που είναι ένας πολύ μεγάλος επιχειρηματίας στον φαρμακευτικό χώρο απ΄ότι μάθαμε αργότερα, πιστεύω ότι όταν έφτιαχνε το αρχοντικό ursa έβαζε κομμάτια του εαυτού του γιατί η θετική ενέργεια και η φροντίδα που νιώθεις είναι απίστευτη. Φιλιά σε όλους σας!
Το ξενοδοχείο ήταν καθαρό, προσεγμένο και με πολύ φιλικό προσωπικό. Το δωμάτιο άνετο και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο, ενώ το πρωινό πλούσιο και ποιοτικό. Η τοποθεσία ιδανική για ήρεμες διακοπές αλλά και κοντά σε ό,τι χρειαστείς. Θα το επέλεγα ξανά χωρίς δεύτερη σκέψη, το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα!

I enjoyed my stay here. I wanted a beautiful accommodation in a quiet area and that's exactly what I got. Breakfast was delicious and they surprised me with local dishes on my last day. Komi is tiny and charming, but you will need a car.
Several spider webs that could've been cleaned up before my arrival but it wasn't a big issue. WiFi wasn't always the strongest
We felt very comfortable and pampered, we had perhaps our most beautiful days in the Cyclades, the mansion is simply superb with great amenities. The village is beautiful and its beach is amazing, two minutes away by car. Εverything was perfect!

The shower should have a glass/curtain to avoid the water to wet the whole floor
It’s beautifully decorated and situated in one the most scenic spots in Komi.
Drinks are food are only available at specific time slots. The location is fairly remote, so ideally stock up on snacks and water.
Clean and interesting design
We were under the impression there was a restaurant on site . There was a good breakfast served but lunch and dinner availability would be better
It was quiet, very clean and the staff was wonderful!
