Eva was very accommodating from start to finish. We booked at the last minute but she welcomed us with special treats and showed us the best place to swim and to eat.
The room was beautiful with lots of attention to detail and the breakfast was lovely. We felt fortunate to have found this special spot in Mani!
Parking is a little tricky on a steep hill but spaces were available for guests.

The parking situation is convenient, but only if the other guests park properly. We needed to wait until other cars were moved so we could put our car in our spot.
The place is located in the centre of the strip and walking distance to restaurant and beaches.
The rooms are well serviced and magnificent views of the bay and mountains.
It gives the guests the “being at home” feeling.

Η θέα απο το χώρο του πρωινού και το δωμάτιο μας στο Λιμάνι- μαγική. Το δωμάτιο είχε εξαιρετική διακόσμηση και οι χώροι προσεγμένοι.

I had a truly wonderful stay at Limeni Inn Boutique Hotel. The location is absolutely breathtaking, with stunning views over the turquoise waters of Limeni that make every moment unforgettable. The hotel itself combines traditional charm with modern comfort , everything feels authentic, tasteful, and welcoming.
The rooms are beautifully decorated, spotless, and designed to make you feel at home while enjoying a touch of luxury. Waking up to the sea view was simply magical.
What makes the experience truly special, however, is the hospitality. The staff are exceptionally kind, attentive, and always ready to help with a warm smile. Their genuine care made my stay even more memorable.
Breakfast was another highlight, delicious, served in a way that lets you fully enjoy the serene atmosphere of Limeni.
If you’re looking for a place that offers comfort, authenticity, and an unforgettable setting, I can wholeheartedly recommend Limeni Inn Boutique Hotel. It’s the perfect spot to experience the beauty and spirit of Mani.

This place was AMAZING! We loved our stay and felt so at home we didn’t want to leave. Our host Eva is very personable and we loved her company. The room was spacious with two gorgeous balconies to watch the world go by. The bed was super comfortable and we slept so well! Breakfast was unbelievably good! Anything and everything available, fresh and handmade. The nightcaps after dinner were a beautiful touch. Centrally located in Limeni with car parking. Can’t wait to come back.

We loved all aspects of our stay at Limeni Inn. The choice and quality of breakfast items were incredible, and nothing was too much trouble. While staying there, we learnt about the concept of "Philoxenia", the custom of welcoming guests and being very hospitable, and it was wonderful to experience this Greek tradition in action at Limeni Inn!
