Graži vieta, skanus maistas restorane.

Cons:

Prie pat viešbučio yra bažnyčia, kuri dieną naktį skamba varpu. Nors buvo labai karšta miegoti užsidarėme langus, bet tai visiškai nepadėjo. Kas 15 min trumpai suskamba, o kas valandą skamba tiek kartų kiek yra valandų. Aišku viešbutis nieko negali padaryti dėl to, bet nemiegoti naktį yra sunku.

Pros:

Poloha je skvělá, kousek od Macochy , krásné procházky po okolí , možnost ubytování s pejskem , personál velmi příjemný a v restauraci perfektně vaří . Jídlo bylo opravdu výborné ( oběd, večeře ) . Přestože pokoj neměl klimatizaci, tak i v 30 stupních bylo na pokoji příjemně.

- snídaně velmi jednoduchá , nic moc výběr
- chybějící lednička na pokoji ( to je opravdu velké minus , hlavně když jsou velká vedra. Myslím , že za cenu za jakou se pokoje prodávají by tam lednička mohla být , zas tak velká investice to není . Hotel ale na upozornění nereaguje , protože tento nedostatek napsalo více lidí a nic se nezměnilo
- čistota koupelny ( obzvlášť vany , ta by chtěla alespoň nastříkat Savem na plísně v rozích a po okrajích vany)

Příjemný hotýlek s milým personálem ale bohužel cena za pobyt je vysoká a kvalita hotelu neodpovídá takové ceně.

Poloha hotelu, ukecany pan provozní 👍

Cons:

Chybějící klimatizace, sprchový kout (absence zástěny, takže voda byla všude), personál restaurace byl dosti laxní. Jídlo v restauraci bylo předražené a ne úplně vynikající.

Mohu doporučit, příjemný personál, čistota, hezké a klidné prostředí
Pros:

snídaně byly vždy čerstvé, pestré a velmi chutné, jídlo bylo průběžně doplňováno, výborná káva a džusy grannini, obsahovala sladkou i slanou variantu, zeleninu a ovoce.

Das Abendessen ist zu empfehlen!
Pros:

Die junge dunkelhaarige Frau an der Rezeption, die uns auch später bedient hat, war sehr bemüht uns zu verstehen. Sie war ausgesprochen freundlich ❤️ wir sprechen leider kein Ungarisch, deswegen war es nicht leicht für sie. Das Abendessen hat uns ausgesprochen gut geschmeckt und es hat auch ob der Kreativität positiv überrascht!!! Das Frühstücksangebot ist überschaubar, aber wir waren dennoch zufrieden, denn die Rühreier waren gut.
Eine der Tropfsteinhöhlen sind sehr nah.

Cons:

Da wir dieses Haus in erster Linie wählten wegen des Wellnessbereichs und des Billardtisches, was bei booking.com angepriesen wurde wählten, waren wir etwas enttäuscht, dass es nicht möglich war diesen Bereich zu nutzen. Wenn man deswegen hier bucht sollte man es vorher checken, ob es möglich ist.
Auf der zwei Etage gibt es am Flurende eine Sitzecke-wenn sich dort Menschen treffen, die sich einfach nur unterhalten, hört man das leider auch in den Zimmern, auch wenn man, wie wir fast am anderen Ende schlafen möchte.

Hotel ma vlastní parkoviště, které se na noc zavírá. Výborná kuchyně a ochotný personál, skvělá lokalita v centru Sloupu a blízkosti jeskyní a stezky pro kola i kočárky.

Wenn man die Tropfsteinhöhlen besuchen will, liegt das Hotel super, zusätzlich war der Hotelmanager ausgesprochen hilfsbereit bei der Planung des Höhlenbesuches. Er nahm sich viel Zeit, um alles genau zu erklären. Da sehr früh los mussten, war auch ein vorverlegtes Frühstück kein Problem.Nur zum Empfehlen. Die Gastfreundschaft verdient alle Sterne!
