Great hotel, very good cuisine, amazing people!
An exceptional boutique hotel. The non-smoking room we booked was immediately changed when we complained about the smell of smoking and the landlady even compensated us with a free dessert. We enjoyed the wonderful treatment of the staff and the wonderful view of the large pool
It's a shame they charge a small extra fee for the coffee capsules in the room.
Το ξενοδοχείο δείχνει αρκετά παραμελημένο. Στο δωμάτιο όπου διέμεινα, το ψυγείο έκανε έντονο θόρυβο σε σημείο που αναγκάστηκα να το αποσυνδέσω από την πρίζα. Το μπάνιο μύριζε μούχλα, ενώ η σίτα της μπαλκονόπορτας ήταν σκισμένη.
Η ηχομόνωση ήταν πρακτικά ανύπαρκτη. Ακούγονταν καθαρά οι πόρτες από τα γειτονικά δωμάτια κάθε φορά που έκλειναν, ενώ καθημερινά ξυπνούσα από τις 7:00 το πρωί, καθώς ακριβώς δίπλα βρισκόταν το δωμάτιο που χρησιμοποιούσε το προσωπικό καθαριότητας.
Επιπλέον, αντιμετωπίσαμε σοβαρό πρόβλημα με τη χρέωση της διαμονής. Η αρχική κράτηση είχε εξοφληθεί πλήρως μέσω Booking πριν από την άφιξή μας. Στη συνέχεια ζητήσαμε ένα επιπλέον δωμάτιο εκτός Booking, για το οποίο μου ζητήθηκε προκαταβολή 30%, όμως επέλεξα να προχωρήσω σε πλήρη εξόφληση. Κατά την άφιξη, θα έπρεπε να καταβάλουμε μόνο το τέλος ανθεκτικότητας ύψους 30€ για τις τρεις διανυκτερεύσεις.
Παρ’ όλα αυτά, λόγω αυτού που το ξενοδοχείο χαρακτήρισε ως «μπέρδεμα», χρεωθήκαμε εκ νέου το 100% της αξίας του δωματίου. Αν είχε χρεωθεί εκ παραδρομής μόνο το 70% πλεον του τελους ανθεκτικότητας (δεδομένου ότι πρέπει να προκαταβάλεις το 30%) ναι θα μπορούσα να το θεωρήσω ανθρώπινο λάθος. Η εκ νέου χρέωση του συνόλου του ποσού, ωστόσο, δεν δικαιολογείται με τον ίδιο τρόπο.
Η επιστροφή των χρημάτων πραγματοποιήθηκε δύο ημέρες αργότερα μετα απο εκ νεου ενόχληση μας και όχι στον λογαριασμό που είχαμε γραπτώς υποδείξει, αλλά στον αρχικό λογαριασμό από τον οποίο είχε πραγματοποιηθεί η πληρωμή.
Ολα ηταν υπεεοχα

Ευγενικό προσωπικό.
1) Η σχέση ποιότητας/τιμής.Πολύ ακριβό σε σχέση με αυτά που προσφέρει.
2) Αρκετός θόρυβος από ανήλικα παιδιά.
3) Πολύ περιορισμένο (φτωχό) πρωινό.
Το πρωινό πολύ ωραίο! Η τοποθεσία καταπληκτική, απίστευτη, μοναδική !! Νοιώθεις φεύγοντας ότι θέλεις πάλι να επιστρέψεις!! Μπράβο σας!!
Δεν βρίσκω κάτι για καλυτέρευση!! Ήταν όλα άψογα!!

Δεν βρήκα κάτι σημαντικό , ίσως θα ήθελα καλύτερη ποιότητα καφέ .
Πολύ καλό τόσο όσο έπρεπε με τέλεια θέα!!
