Beautiful hotel & location but service was lacking
Pros:

Beautiful location and amazing view from our balcony over the bay.
Good gym
Lovely pool

Cons:

The staff all seemed rather disinterested and the service in general was somewhat lacklustre.
It’s not what you expect at a place charging over £200 a night!

Un séjour sublime 💖
Pros:

- Le cadre absolument sublime et la piscine avec une vue à couper le souffle, au-delà de nos attentes
- Chambre familiale très confortable avec la possibilité d'avoir une vraie séparation parents / enfants
- La terrasse avec la vue magnifique (nous étions chambre 304)
- Très bon restaurant de l'hôtel même si la carte est courte
- Une situation géographique idéale pour découvrir la région

Cons:

- Pour un établissement de ce standard le personnel est généralement plus sympathique mais rien de grave
- Aller chercher les serviettes de bain pour la piscine en donnant son numéro de chambre et devoir les ramener à la réception après utilisation (au lieu de pouvoir les laisser à la piscine) n'est pas non plus habituel pour un établissement de ce standard

Good but doesn't quite meet its own ambition
Pros:

The whole vibe - from building to decor and plumbing fixtures and menus - is intended to convey a hip, stylish, boutique, luxury hotel. And in the main, that works, for appearances anyway. There's nothing especially to fault about the staff or food or rooms. Certainly, there are good views and a good pool and a great breakfast.

Cons:

This place could really sing, but it felt a bit muted, like the ambition for luxury hadn't been fully followed through. Staff were professional but no more than that.Rooms were comfortable but no surprising touches delighted us as they have in other places. The restaurant was fine but the menu didn't change much and the quality was good rather than outstanding.
