Pure Paradise — Come for the Peace, Stay for the Food!
Pros:

Bloomfield Farm and Eco Resort is one of those rare places that stays with you long after you leave. I honestly don’t know if I have ever felt such complete peace, calm, and contentment anywhere.

And the FOOD!!! I have never eaten better. Fresh from the garden, beautifully and exceptionally prepared, and absolutely delicious. I had at least three servings at every meal and would have happily kept going! You can taste the freshness, care, and love in every bite.

The entire property feels pure: fresh air, beautiful nature, quiet, kindness, and a sense that the rest of the world has simply disappeared. It is paradise.

As a 60-year-old woman traveling alone, I felt completely comfortable from the moment I arrived. Arun has such a strong, quiet, gentle presence that immediately put me at ease. His warmth and kindness are genuine, never forced, and perfectly reflect the spirit of this special place.

I didn’t just enjoy Bloomfield. I felt restored by it.

I am already planning to return with friends in March, and I am seriously hoping to stay for an entire month next time—to slow down, breathe deeply, eat that incredible food, and let the noise of the world simply melt away.

Pros:

宿のオーナーさんや従業員さんがとっても親切でした。部屋は清潔で可愛いです。ダージリンは夏でも肌寒くて、ホットシャワーが使えて助かりました。
食事はネパール料理で、すごく美味しかったです。雨季でせっかくの絶景が見れなかったので、違う季節にまた来たいと思います。

Cons:

中心街からは徒歩1時間ほどかかるため少し遠いですが、優しいタクシードライバーさんが送ってくれます。

Highlight of our trip was the stay
Pros:

Beautiful property nested in greenery, taken care of by the warm host, Mr.Arun. He was super diligent in seeing to all our needs, he even arranged driver for all three days of our stay. All through our stay, we had healthy and delicious food. My parents preferred to always head back for dinner as they loved the food prepared here.
The property has lovely plants, well maintained garden and is surrounded by trees. It was truly beautiful. My mother went on to say that staying here was the best part of our trip to Darjeeling. Would recommend this place 10/10 for anyone planning a trip to Darjeeling.

Pros:

Extremely helpful staff. We had to leave a day earlier and they modified the dates to help us out with their own initiative. Saved us a full day's cost. Never experienced this kind of hospitality even in fancy places like Sinclair's and Mayflowers.
Not to mention the perfect view of the Kanchenjunga peak from the hotel.

Staycation @Bloomfield
Pros:

I like the serenity and calmness of the place. The food served here are amazing , host were too good . The rooms or we can say little bunglow were spacious, hygienic and well maintained . One of the staff named Harimaya Chettru is so courteous and professional and always helpful for everything. I would definitely like to visit again here.

A Serene place outside the city that wanderers will love.

Serene location. Simple but quality food.

Cons:

Owner hadn't displayed prominent board near hotel and on the way. Not very easy to find out or tress the location. It takes a bit of a walk (uphill) to reach the hotel from the vehicle. It can be a hassle for very senior citizens.

Delicious food! Cosy rooms!
Pros:

The property was beautiful! Arun was an awesome host. We showed us a shortcut to town. It’s a 6km walk through villages with the most beautiful views. The food was absolutely delicious. I highly recommend getting breakfast included, we had a home cooked Indian breakfast every morning. We ate dinner here sometimes too and the food was just as good. The room was very cosy and comfortable. So many blankets were provided and we even had an electric blanket, I was never cold!

Pros:

Beautiful farm, with bountiful vegetable terraces, orchids and gardens, forest and mountain views, great hosts and great food.

Cons:

Nothing really to complain about, though be sure to pack warm clothes if you are travelling in the mountains during colder seasons! Night time can be quite cold even in spring.
