Highly recommended for a stopover in Niš
Pros:

We stayed here for one night while travelling to our final holiday destination and had a very positive experience.
As our son had an injured leg and was unable to use stairs, the staff kindly arranged two duplex apartments on the ground floor for our family of 5. We really appreciated their flexibility and willingness to accommodate our needs.
The apartments were comfortable, clean, and located next to the hotel with 4*. We also had access to the swimming pool, which we were able to use free of charge and which was a great bonus after a long day of travelling.
Although we did not use the breakfast service, everything else met our expectations. Communication was easy, and the overall experience was very pleasant.
Parking was in front of the appartments.
If we return to Niš in the future, we would definitely choose this accommodation again. It is an excellent option for an overnight stop and offers great value, comfort, and hospitality.

Cash only payment, no card accepted. Value for money ratio is very low
Pros:

-Air Conditioner was working fine
-Location is very good
-Free parking at the street

Cons:

-Rooms are located in Zen Hotel but managed by a private host independently.
-Payment accepted as cash only
-No bill provided
-Room was not cleaned properly. There were dead insects in two different spots.
-Room was not family friendly. The staircase handle was in the middle of the room which was a hazard.
-There was no kettle in the room, no sufficient table, nothing complimentary.
-The price we were charged was equivalent to a 4-star hotel.

ottima ma non gestita da questo albergo

Cons:

L,,albergo è difficilissimo da trovare perchè non è una struttura autonoma ma sono alcune camere sfortunate al pian terreno dell'albergo Zen (albergo invece molto carino,e curato che peraltro costa uguale alle piccole camere vicine.) la colazione viene servita all albergo Zen. Il parcheggio custodito promesso è la pubblica via.

Kon beter en duidelijk
Pros:

De locatie was dichtbij de snelweg wat het makkelijk maakt als je het hotel alleen als overnachting gebruikt om de volgende dag verder te reizen.

Cons:

Het hotel is onderdeel van hotel Zen en het was dus op het eerste gezicht erg moeilijk te vinden. De parkeerplek is niet een exclusieve spot maar gewoon straatparkeren. Dus om te zeggen dat het een gratis parkeerplek is is best misleidend sinds iedereen daar kan parkeren. Wij hebben zelf de auto geparkeerd op een plek van hotel zen waarvoor we moesten betalen. De kamer was onder de begane grond (wel een dakraam boven omdat het een loft is) waar ook de zwembad en andere gelegenheden zitten waardoor er een vochtige lucht hangt. Er was een spin en spinnenwebben in de kamer. De airco was direct op het onderste bed gericht waardoor het erg koud kon worden. De betaling moest in cash( wij dachten dat het ook met creditcard kon omdat het hier niet expliciet is aangegeven dat het alleen cash is).
