The beds where extremely comfortable allowing good rest during the night.
The room is cleaned every day by an equipe.
The host is always available in case something is needed.
The price is a bit expensive for what we got (only a room).
The window in the bathroom is very small and it does not allow humidity after shower to go out. As a result the room gets very humid.
The air conditioned can be used only if the window is closed. While I totally understand that it would be a waste to use AC with the window open, sometime the room gets very humid and it would be better to use AC with window open.
A bit far from the city center (15 minutes walking)
The accommodation is fantastic. The room is functional, equipped, all praise for the daily cleaning and maintenance. The hosts are kind and hospitable, they are there for all your questions. The vacation was wonderful and we will definitely come back again. Thank you for everything 😊
We stayed 9 nights and we loved each one of them. The room was cleaned everyday, the bedsheets and towels changed every 3 days and this was great for us. There are good nearby beaches (Ergon, Avra, Kukunari) and good restaurants.
The room is nicely furnished and had everything we needed: air conditioning, mosquito nets, terrace, drying rack. Parking is right next to the property. Cleaning is done daily, sheets and towels are changed every 3 days. The property is close to supermarkets (Masoutis, Lidl), bakeries and restaurants. The city of Nikiti is close to the beautiful beaches of Sithonia. Thanos was very kind and gave us a warm welcome. I would recommend staying here for a quiet and stress-free holiday.

Our stay was incredible! The location is excellent – close to everything you need, yet peaceful and cozy. Only 10 minutes from the main promenade of Nikiti and the beach bars. The apartment was spotlessly clean and well maintained, with all the amenities one might need. Every morning, fresh coffee capsules were provided, which shows great care and attention towards the guests. The hosts were extremely kind, responsive, and always ready to help, which made our experience even more enjoyable. We would definitely come back again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for comfort and warm hospitality!
There wasn’t anything we didn’t like.
Ambiente moderno, stanze accoglienti e pulite. Ha un comodissimo parcheggio gratuito, la struttura è vicina ai supermercati e bar. A poca distanza, comodamente raggiungibile a piedi, il lungomare in cui trovare ristoranti e negozi. Una menzione particolare ai titolari, gentilissimi e disponibili, grazie Thanos.. Consigliatissimo.

We stayed as a group of four friends and had a fantastic experience at Aloe the Green Suites. The rooms are modern, clean, and very comfortable with everything we needed. They were cleaned thoroughly every day, which made our stay even more pleasant. The location is great - about a 10-minute walk from the beach and close to the center, yet still quiet and relaxing. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended - we would definitely come back!
Very friendly hosts and very clean rooms, cleaned every day. The location is not far from the town centre, just a 15-minute walk. They even gave us a small gift at the end, which I really appreciated. Whenever we needed something, they were always helpful. I definitely recommend this place.

Не знам до колко това е недостатък,но може би е малко далеч от крайбрежната алея и плажът. За нас беше супер за вечерна разходка.
Dubleks dairenin tüm camlarında sineklik var. Ev,büyük bir markete ve börekçilere yürüme mesafesi. Çocuklu aileler için paha biçilmez bir yer. Denize ve restoranlara 10 dk yürüme mesafesinde buluyor. Ev sahibimizin ilgisi süper. Eve varır varmaz bize gidebileceğimiz(plaj/restoran) çeşitli önerilerde bulundu. Tatlı hediyesi için çok teşekkürler, umarım size bir daha konuk oluruz.
The duplex apartment has mosquito nets on all windows. The house is walking distance to a large grocery store and a bakery. An invaluable place for families with children. The sea and the restaurants are 10 minutes walking distance. The interest of our landlord is awesome. As soon as we arrived home, he gave us various suggestions where we could go (beach/restaurant). Thank you very much for the sweet gift, I hope we will be your guests again.

Всичко много ни хареса! Като започнем от милото посрещане, до хубавото и приятно място на което се настанихме. Беше чисто, верандата пред къщата е отлично място за сутрешното кафе. Местоположението е страхотно, близо си до всичко и в същото време си на тихо и спокойно място на което можеш да си починеш! Благодарим ви, бихме се върнали отново!
Everything was perfect and designed with attention and care. Well located, next to supermarkets, bakeries, shops and close to the centre and the beach (walking distance).

Very nice and clean suites, beautiful outdoors. 1min walk distance from supermarket and bakeries, and just 10min away from downtown Nikiti. Location is great as it’s close to everything and in the same time is very quiet.
