Η τοποθεσία ήταν λίγο μακρυά από το κεντρο!
Η πόρτα του μπάνιου ήταν γυάλινη με αποτέλεσμα να μην υπάρχει ιδιωτικότητα!

Ausstattung Zimmer: Die Einrichtung ist spürbar veraltet und man sieht deutliche Abnutzungsspuren.
Leider kein Smart TV sowie öfters WLAN Signal Probleme.

Sehr hellhörig: Was leider extrem gestört hat, ist die fehlende Schallisolierung. Die Zimmer sind unglaublich hellhörig – man bekommt jedes einzelne Geräusch auf dem Gang mit. Spät abends bis 23:30 Uhr Kindergeschrei und auch mitten in der Nacht war es durch andere Gäste immer wieder sehr laut. Man hatte das Gefühl, als gäbe es gar keine Zimmertür, da man jedes einzelne Wort klar und deutlich verstehen konnte. Dadurch sind wir nachts leider mehrfach aufgewacht.
(Wäre dies nicht der Fall hätten wir dort einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt gehabt)

Frühstück: Das Frühstück hat uns leider nicht zugesagt und entsprach nicht unseren Erwartungen.

The breakfast was below expectations, with very limited variety and poor quality. The coffee served with breakfast was particularly disappointing, as it contained coffee grounds and was practically undrinkable. We ended up ordering coffee separately from the bar and paid for it.

The air conditioning in our room was also problematic and extremely difficult to operate, which made the room uncomfortable, especially during the summer.

The biggest disappointment, however, was the way the payment issue was handled. Before checking out, we specifically asked the reception staff whether everything had been settled, and we were clearly told that everything was in order and that we were free to leave. Several days later, after we had already returned home, the hotel contacted us claiming that the payment had not been collected due to their own administrative oversight. Instead of resolving the matter professionally, we received repeated Viber messages and phone calls throughout the week, including the weekend, regarding an issue that should have been identified before our departure.

While we ultimately completed the payment, this entire situation could have been avoided if the reception staff had carried out the proper checks during check-out.

Overall, I do not believe this property reflects the standards or level of service expected from a hotel with such a high Booking.com rating.

Το κλιματιστικό ρυθμιζόταν μόνο από πίνακα στον τοίχο με αποτέλεσμα να σηκωνόμαστε συνεχώς για να κάνουμε αλλαγές στις ρυθμίσεις. Ο κάδος τουαλέτας σκουριασμένος,θέλει αλλαγή , η κρεμάστρα πετσέτας έβγαινε απ τη θέση της, το καπάκι λεκάνης θέλει αλλαγή. Το προσωπικό θα μπορούσε να είναι καλύτερο στην εξυπηρέτηση.

Το πρωινό - μπουφές, θα μπορούσε να έχει περισσότερες επιλογές.
