Pros:

Kolmas kerta tässä hotellissa. Ruoka oli hyvää,(parempaa kuin monissa muissa all inclusive hotelleissa) jokaiselle löytyy jotakin. Huone oli kiva ja hyvä hiljainen sijainti. Hotelli alue siisti ja uima-altaat tosi hyvät,vesiliukumäet iso plussa. Henkilökunta mukavaa.

Cons:

Wi-Fi ei toiminut huoneessa ollenkaan, animation team oli tänä vuonna liian äänekäs. Liian monta kertaa päivän aikana oli esittely päivän ohjelmasta ja huudettiin mikrofoniin sekä musiikki liian kovalla eikä sopinut mm aamuun. Esittelyt oli liian pitkiä ja turhaan monella kielellä. Englanti varmaan riittäisi?

Jevnt over godt fornøyd, verdi for pengene, men absolutt ikke luksuriøst
Pros:

Mye å gjøre innen kort rekkevidde. Et godt underholdningstilbud. Vaskepersonalet var veldig hyggelige og behjelpelige.

Cons:

Mye folk til måltidene, og mye av det samme hver dag. Dørene hadde noen skader, så det var ulik lås på ulike rom, og vanskelig å få låst dørene. Ikke velg et rom på bakkenivå om du misliker maur og dyr på rommet.

Nos 2 chambres sentaient mauvais, pendant l’orage nous n’avons pas pu sortir de nos chambres car l’eau entrée dans les chambres, il pleuvait dans une des salle de bain, les salles de bain étaient sales (moisissures, rouille…)et je ne parle pas des boissons en all inclusive affreuses

We enjoyed as a family together
Pros:

There are a variety of pools and amenities, the food was great and quite tasty.

Cons:

The room was cleaned all the time, but the facility is not new and is not maintained very well.
Also, we stayed near the grass on the ground, and there were many ants and bees on our balcony, and ants came into the room quite often; it was very annoying.

Entspannt und schön mit kleinen Mängeln.
Pros:

Die Sauberkeit im Hotel war ganz in Ordnung. Die Pools waren sauber trotz wenig Chlor. Das Hotelgelände war super schön. Die Aussicht war toll. Ganz besonders hervorheben muss ich den Umgang mit den Katzen. Man kümmert sich angemessen um die Tiere. Selbst bei Verletzungen.

Cons:

Das Personal, vor allem die Putzdamen waren sehr unfreundlich. Die Kellner und Kellnerinnen habe immer sehr genervt gewirkt. Die Zimmer könnten etwas Erneuerung benötigen. Das Essen war sehr eintönig, es gab fast jeden Tag das gleich. Das Essen ist auch schlecht beschrieben. Stichwort Inhaltsstoffe. Veganes Essen außer Salat und Obst gab es nicht. Das Umfeld des Hotels ist leider ziemlich schäbig. Kapuze Häuser, schlechte Straßen überall Müll.

Напитки совсем невкусные, особенно коктейли и лимонады. Расстояние до пляжа. В номерах просится ремонт.

Well thank god the weather was good so we were out and about, but the food was just a big disappointment.

So first of all this hotel is not a 4 star, its 3!
We cames 10 people. And we all stayed in 4 different rooms in different buildings- so all the rooms are old and the beds as so uncomfortable, but if you ask for a topper they are good to sleep. The first photos of the rooms are definitely not of this hotel, but the last are from this hotel. So the food! There is absolutely no variety of the food, the food is always the same, same fish, same meats, same fruits all the time. Same dishes for all 7 nights, so how could that be 4 star hotel. Almost no sea food, on our last day there were cold prawns, wow👏

Excellent service, many things were thoughtfully planned, and I liked the buffet schedule, which was tailored to any activity level. And the staff's simply friendly attitude.

The Internet kept dropping out, which was a minus for some and a plus for others.
