Pros:

Delicious Pizza & Vegetarian Labels: As non-meat eaters, our options were a bit limited, but we really appreciated that vegetarian dishes were clearly labeled. The daily vegetarian pizza was absolutely delicious!

Friendly Bar Staff: The staff at the bar were consistently friendly, welcoming, and always smiling.

Great Value for Money: Despite a few drawbacks, it is a very good hotel for the price you pay.

Cons:

Sunbeds & Umbrellas Need Renewal: The sun loungers and umbrellas definitely need to be replaced. The umbrellas only stay open with a metal pin, but many were missing them. Also, the backrests on the sunbeds keep collapsing—we constantly heard them slamming down around the pool!

Poor Room Wi-Fi: The internet connection in the rooms was quite weak and unreliable.

Infrequent Beach Shuttle: The hotel isn't directly on the beach, but it's very close. However, the shuttle bus only runs twice a day; it would be much better if it ran more frequently.

Tip for Guests:
If you plan to rent a car through the hotel, make sure to book at least 5 days in advance, as it is very hard to find an available car during peak season.

Lyhört. Allt hördes från korridorerna. Dåliga madrasser i våningssängarna.

It was good stay. Kids liked it and would definitely go again.
Pros:

Food was amazing. Little more variety for vegetarians would have been nice.

Cons:

Room was not that clean. sometimes there was a smell of gutters. Also they need to provide a blankets in the room. there was only small thin bedsheets which was not helping when you have AC on and when its get colder in the middle of the night.

Nice hotel all round
Pros:

Great food, great pool facilities, amazing animation team, while complex was very clean

Cons:

Had kettles in room but no cups or anything to use, lack of water and had to ask for towels and soap

Gøy for barn!
Pros:

Bassengene, maten på all inclusive var god og variert.

Cons:

Da vi ankom hotellet luktet madrassene i køyesengen helt utrolig urin. Vi gikk umiddelbart å sa fra i resepsjonen. Resepsjonisten oppførte seg ikke vennlig mot oss og ga oss beskjed om at noen skulle komme å spraye på noe på madrassene. Dette var utrolig dårlig service!
