Foi boa , mas pode melhorar muito ainda! Tem muito potencial.
Pros:

Ar condicionado no quarto do casal, lençóis limpos. Atendimento do proprietário que responde de imediato. Tem vista de longe para a Acrópole. Quarto espaçoso.

Cons:

Quando chegamos , estava sem papel higiênico, não tinha cápsula de café e o ar da sala não esfriava o suficiente . Fica num 3 andar sem elevador. Banheiro pequeno, chuveiro sem pressão de água.

A place where you can hide.
Pros:

It was good, a very quiet place, we were to use metro to reach sightseeing places. The owner was very helpful. I wouldn't discredit him about the refrigerator issue. The cleaner should've taken responsibility to clean it.

Cons:

We struggle with kitchen utensils.

Pros:

Затишне помешкання в тихому районі Афін, 4 зупинки на метро до центру. Чисто, є все необхідне для проживання, навіть міні кухня з посудом та побутовими приладами. З нашого номера з власною ванною кімнатою в номері відкривався вид на Акрополь. Дякуємо і бажаємо вам вдячних туристів.

Pros:

Room had everything we needed, the bed was comfortable, the room was spotless, close to the metro station & restaurants,

Cons:

It is quite hilly in Dafni, we got there early, but no where to leave the luggage, there's no lift so had to carry the heavy suitcase up to the 3rd floor..

Pros:

Goed groot bed en appartement stond er nog ondanks zware aardbeving.
Had ons wel goede tips via wathapp gegeven om appartement te vinden.
Terrasje klein maar mooi.

Cons:

Geen ontvangst door eigenaar dus ook geen tips hoe metro te gebruiken en wat met wc? Had ons doorgestuurd dat het stuk was dus durfde het niet te gebruiken. Was ook niet echt proper. Schimmel in de badkamer en kraan die lekte. Bed geschoven tegen de muur, best lenig zijn. Was geen dampkap en koffie apparaat, niets om te reinigen. Geen wifi, ons alvast niets gegeven.
Uitzicht op acropolis is heel ver maar dit had ik reeds verwacht.

Pobyt w tym apartamencie uważam za udany. Wlasciciel apartamentu prosi o wysłanie zdjęcia zaparkowanego auta w razie wat
Pros:

właściciel dał nam upgrade na większy apartament, z którego było widać (odległy) Akropol. Metrem na akropol można dostać się bardzo szybko, podobnie jak na port Pireus (choć tutaj trzeba się przesiąść w inną linie, ale to żaden problem); blisko było także do supermarketu. Klimatyzacja sprawna

Cons:

Problem może być z parkingiem - nam zajęło chwilę znalezienie takiego miejsca, żeby nie zastawiać nikomu wjazdu. Wszędzie także uliczki jednokierunkowe i trzeba uważać przy szukaniu miejsca, żeby nie wjechać pod prąd.

Pros:

Good location, only 8 mins from metro and 4 mins from bus to take you to city center. 20 mins max to reach acropolis. Clean room. Good air-conditioning. Please be aware there is no lift and it's on 3rd floor (good for light luggage) and also the private bathroom for the mountain view is in the hallway separate from the room but you get a key and only you use it.

We left as quickly as we could.
Cons:

A horrible smelly apartment in the middle of a building site. Worn out and well used furniture.
It’s on the third floor with no lift or staff to help. We had a family and cases.
It calls itself the Acropolis View to mislead people into thinking it’s a hotel of the same name. Miles from the acropolis.
The facilities advertised and promised were not there. The entrance was full of animal feed and the whole place stunk. We left soon after arriving.
The owner was rude and unreasonable.

Pros:

Тихий район, относительно недалеко ехать на такси до центра, есть стиральная машина. На одну, максимум 2 ночи норм.

Cons:

Плесень на потолке в ванной, нет шторки для душа или какой-то перегородки, вода льется на пол, очень воняло сигаретами в комнате.

this place worked out really well, we slept great here and enjoyed our space and the balcony. the only downsides really
Pros:

the room and balcony were super nice! the closets and kitchen were perfect for a 5 day stay. the owner and lady who came to give us fresh sheets and towels were very nice.

Cons:

the bathroom wasn’t attached to the room which i didn’t know beforehand and it was in the hall where there were 2 other rooms, so it felt like we were making a lot of noise always opening and closing and going between the two doors. the shower also just didn’t have a way of keeping the water in it so it went everywhere and there was no above head shower head or anywhere to put the hand held shower head which made it a bit hard to shower. also no way of putting up the shade cover the evenings and nights so you can actually see the view. also after a long day in athens riding the metro then walking to the place and walking up 4 flights of stairs was a lot. also the doors are thin so you can hear everything happening in the hall and other rooms if they ar loud.

For a short stay was tolerable
Pros:

The host was helpful.
The location is good, near metro station.
Aircondition works properly

Cons:

The dishes was dirty. I had to wash anything before use.

The lack of an elevator was a major drawback.

It was written that there was a washing machine, but we had to use this washing machine in another unit.so I didn’t use it.
