Boa localização e estrutura, mas atendimento, higiene e café da manhã decepcionantes.
Pros:

Minha estadia no Hotel Plaza Rafaela ficou bem abaixo das expectativas. Apesar disso, destaco como pontos positivos o estacionamento e o bom tamanho do quarto. No geral, porém, a experiência não correspondeu ao que eu esperava para a hospedagem.

Cons:

Infelizmente, tive uma experiência negativa no Hotel Plaza Rafaela. Logo na chegada, o atendimento na recepção foi decepcionante, com pouca atenção e um certo desprezo por parte da atendente, situação que se repetiu durante toda a estadia. Outro ponto bastante desagradável foi encontrar uma barata no banheiro no momento em que eu iria tomar banho, tendo que resolver a situação por conta própria, o que deixa uma sensação muito ruim em relação à higiene. Para completar, o café da manhã foi uma grande decepção: apesar de anunciado como incluso, consiste apenas em uma única xícara de café com um pão tipo meia-lua, muito aquém do esperado.
