Mario the manager was a excellent host.He made our stay extra special.He was more than helpful and went out of his way to accomadate all of us and made our stay extra special. The staff were so efficient and friendly.The Apartment was spotless.The toiletries were all provided and extra coffee pods etc left in hallway downstairs.We got a late checkout.loads of clean towels We were more than happy all 5 of us agree.

The host, Mario, was really friendly and helpful. His assistant kindly carried all our luggage up the stairs. The apartment was clean, warm, characterful and comfortable. We hadn't realised it was right in the middle of the Red Light district, but we never felt unsafe (group of two adult males and three females). It's easy walking to the cultural sites and museums and there's a little shop nearby to buy everything you need.
Nothing to do with the apartment, but we felt sad about the amount of cigarette butts and vomit on the cobblestones and the rubbish in the canals. We were totally naïve about the full on crowds everywhere and the super aggressive cyclists.

Des films sur toutes les fenêtres ne permettaient pas d avoir de vue sur l extérieur.
Apartment had everything you needed and more. Very clean and comfy beds. Lots of coffee, tea & sugar and lots of little extras like slippers and tissues. Each apartment also has a balcony or patio. Staff are extremely helpful.
TV remote controls needed new batteries. Curtains need addressing.
