Cons:

Посуда вся очень старая и подертая, окна , холодильник , полотенца очень грязные. Ручка от двери в спальне отвалилась в первый же день и никто даже не соизволил ее прийти починить.

Good for the Price, can be maintained better!
Pros:

- The hotel is in an excellent location, offering great connectivity for traveling around the city.
- The serviced apartment is fully equipped with amenities, from a water filter to a washing machine, all of which are well-maintained.
- The building has a lift, which is especially helpful when handling heavy luggage.
- We arrived at the hotel around 1 a.m., and the receptionist was kind enough to make arrangements and be available to assist us.

Cons:

- The bed is far too small for two people, making it very uncomfortable. It's surprising that such a beautiful apartment has such a small bed.
- The bedsheets and cushions were not clean, and we also found dead cockroaches in the house. With better maintenance, this could be an excellent apartment, especially considering its perfect price, amenities and location.
