Те, що не сподобалось, наймовірніше технічне питання, яке не стосується персоналу.
У нас було пізнє заселення, і готель любʼязно погодився на це, але інструкції вони надіслали на телефон, повідомлення не прийшло, на щастя ми вчасно помітили це, звʼязалися з готелем і вони надали нам всі необхідні інструкції через чат.

Nice apartments in relaxing location
Pros:

Nice and cozy apartments, clean and warm, you can make a coffee or tea in the room, there was also small fridge, which was very useful to us. We stayed just one night in the winter, but it must be very nice here in the summer, with sport activities available and relaxing location. We came later than planned, so appreciate nice personnel who allowed us to check-in a bit later.

Cons:

The breakfast was a bit disappointing, nothing warm, even tea/coffee. We paid extra for the breakfast, so we hoped for some eggs or toasts, but there was only cheese, ham, bread. Positive that there were some vegetables and that it was big enough for all of us (7 people). Probably during winter the kitchen is not working full day, but it would be nice if we were informed about that during the payment, to manage the expectations :)

Sauna war ein Highlight für mich meine Tochter. Schade das kein Essen verfügbar war.
