Pros:

Location was good, the balcony of the family room was good.

Cons:

There was mould smell in the economy room, I think the wooded boards should be renewed or taken out.

By the beach, cleaning service was very good

Cons:

Does not really worth the price you pay. The rooms are much smaller than in the photos. You cannot use the sunbeds for free even though you are a hotel guest. There was a nasty smell in the bathroom in the room. In general the hotel does not look like a 4 star hotel. It is an average hotel.

What a jam !
Pros:

Receptionist Dimitra with a warm welcome , polite , smiling and always there to inform us with all the atractions of the island, This was the best location I have ever been ! Clean rooms with the house keeping having Maria always available to make all our wishes, always with a smile ! Amazing pool with waterfall child friendly and beach not crouded with crystal water ,delicious Greek food at the tavern almyrikia by the beach with Profesional staff , the best was the party night and the Greek night ( we had great time at both events food was buffet )! Bravo to Mr.Mario to all his team of Grand beach hotel! We will be back for sure!

Pros:

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our family's stay enjoyable. Also the tavern's food was delicious! I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Thassos.
