Very disappointed with this property. My parents stayed here yesterday and the condition was extremely poor and unhygienic. There was no water available, the place was dirty, and even the bedsheets were in terrible condition and looked like they were never cleaned. The overall environment was unacceptable and not suitable for guests. I would not recommend this property to anyone. Management seriously needs to improve cleanliness, maintenance, and basic facilities before allowing guests to stay.

Pros:

Location is nice. Safe and parking also available.

Cons:

Even after the booking was confirmed they didn't answer the phone . And when we reached the place they inside the hotel and we knocked the door start calling them but no one showed up. Worst Experience I hv ever had . Disgusting .And the road to reach the place is not safe .

Very well situated, super clean, comfortable bed and super friendly staff.
Pros:

The staff were lovely, and breakfast was amazing (although very filling!). A comfortable room with bathroom situated downstairs and bed/balcony upstairs. Plenty of room and quite modern.

Nice location and very clean.
Pros:

I cannot say enough nice things about this hotel. Wonderful and accommodating staff, great food, close to everything in Kandy (but still quiet), nice spacious rooms, and help with transportation.
