Cons:

Even after the booking was confirmed they didn't answer the phone . And when we reached the place they inside the hotel and we knocked the door start calling them but no one showed up. Worst Experience I hv ever had . Disgusting .And the road to reach the place is not safe .

Very well situated, super clean, comfortable bed and super friendly staff.
Pros:

The staff were lovely, and breakfast was amazing (although very filling!). A comfortable room with bathroom situated downstairs and bed/balcony upstairs. Plenty of room and quite modern.

Nice location and very clean.
Pros:

I cannot say enough nice things about this hotel. Wonderful and accommodating staff, great food, close to everything in Kandy (but still quiet), nice spacious rooms, and help with transportation.

My heart went out to Dinithi and she earns the star rating for her kindness.
Pros:

The property is in a quiet location away from the main road, yet close enough for a trip to the botanical gardens and for the train station. It is a budget property. The two rooms to the front of the property on the first floor are the best rooms. We stayed in one of these and if you choose to stay request one of these rooms as you will get a view . As is often the case in Sri Lanka it was the owner Dinithi who keeps this place running and she earned the star rating as I am a softie!

Cons:

I do not want to comment, I think you need to see for yourself. Some tlc is needed.
