Questa è la nostra seconda volta qui ed è stato semplicemente meraviglioso, il personale è accogliente e empatico. È stato un piacere ritrovare Helal molto molto gentile ci ha fatto sentire come a casa. Un ringraziamento alla signora Viola che è stata sempre presente ad ogni nostra necessità. Vorrei ringraziare tutti, dal personale di sala soprattutto Ahmed per la gentilezza e professionalità.
al ragazzo delle pulizie, tutte persone meravigliose. Honey sempre molto disponibile e cordiale, abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo.

il resort meraviglioso con tutti i confort tutti curato dai giardini al ristorante le camere lo staff della sala bravissimi da Ahmed che ha interagito con noi xche parla italiano e Nina( lo chiamano stuzzicadente).Mi hanno fatto una piccolissima festa a sorpresa x i miei 50 anni mi hanno commosso....😭 ci tornero" sicuramente....xche mi sono sentita a casa anche se la cucina e internazionake mi sono adattata (pero 'non e male.) Vi abbraccio e gia mi mancate😘

L unica cosa che non mi e piaciuto e che c e poca animazione( a me non interessa xche io sono andata x rilassarmi) e quel poco che c e ho notato che non interagisce con gli italiani ( parere mio) e questo mi dispiace .

Everything looks great also Viola the guest relations, was following us all times. Barsoum, the reception was so welcoming, Mina at the restaurant was always funny and friendly

מלון יפה מאד מרווח הרבה בריכות מגלשות מים מאד נקי החדרים מרווחים עם מרפסת החדרים נקיים מאד צוותי המלון מאד אדיבים חייכנים ועוזרים וכל בקשה נותנים מענה מהיר
אוכל טעים מאד ומגוון פעילויות לילדים מופעים יש הסעה מהמלון לחוף הים ובערב יש הסעה למקומות הבילוי בעיר
ציון 10 למחמד אלפולי במגלשות המים חייכן ועושה אווירה חבל על הזמן
ציון 10 לכרים בנקיון החדרים
ממליץ מאד על המלון שווה כל שקל
