Animazione molto scarsa per fortuna è arrivata Chiara di supporto a noi italiani accompagnando anche i ragazzi in discoteca

Le piscine chiamate riscaldante sono appena meno fredde delle altre, il cibo non è un gran che, sempre ripetitivo e anche quello alla griglia è sempre molto speziato con lo stesso sapore.

Ottima esperienza,resort bellissimo e molto curato. Sfaff cordiale, gentile e rispettoso. Gestione super sulla pulizia, ameed Mohamed, Camerieri disponibili e professionali, bagnini attenti e rispettosi. La camere sono confortevoli con letti premium e tutti i comfort essenziali. Ottima esperienza ,5 stelle

Cons:

La reception non parlano italiano, una vera pecca un resort così internazionale. Al checkout chiedono insistentemente una recensione positiva, addirittura la vogliono scrivere loro :-))

Единственное, что может не зайти некоторым, что до пляжа ехать минут 15, но возит трансфер.

Exceptional hotel, exceptional staff
Pros:

The staff were excellent. Heads up to Ehmad in the Red Bar
Ahmed in Atrium Restaurant Manager, his staff in his restaurant, Bishop in Waves bar, our cleaner Ahmed who surprised us every day and kept our room spotless and finally Mina in reception and all the staff in reception.
To be fair, it would be unfair to miss anyone out at this hotel as every member of staff provided exceptional service, but its impossible to catch everyone's name
Highly recommended

Nothing - couldn't fault it. It deserves all it's stars 🌟

Amazing
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Experience Parkland with our family. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome and safe. The hospitality at this resort was truly amazing, and it made our trip even more special.

This hotel is perfect for families with children, as there are plenty of activities to keep kids entertained and happy throughout the stay

A special thank you to Amir, who was exceptional and went above and beyond to meet our needs and accommodate us so well. Viola and Helal were also fantastic, always friendly and attentive. David was extremely helpful when I ran into a bit of a situation, his support was greatly appreciated.

Stanza direttamente affacciata sulla piscina. Grazie a Viola, Antonius, Helal, Youssef, Barsoum e Rezk sono stati molto disponibili.

Cons:

Con un bimbo un passeggino e valigie tutte le scale e assenza di ascensori è un pó pesante ma la struttura se si ha pazienza e non si va di fretta offre aiuto dai collaboratori che con i loro tempi ti supportano in tutto. Grazie a tutti

Our stay at the hotel was very pleasant. The hotel is beautiful and very clean, and the atmosphere is great. The food was good and varied, with different options every day.

My friends and I would especially like to thank Amir Wajih, who was extremely kind and attentive with us. Our room was always very clean, and he regularly made lovely decorations for us. He truly helped make our stay special and even more enjoyable.

We will definitely come back on our next trip to Egypt.

Pros:

kedves volt a személyzet, Ayoub mindennap valami kreatív díszt tett az ágyunkra. az ételeket is finomak és változatosak voltak.

Cons:

a fürdőszobát fel lehet kicsit újítani.
a tiszta ágyneműn voltak szőrszálak.
a szoba elég tágas, elférne még néhány bútor, pl szék/kanapé, tükör.
az ajtón volt egy kis rés, így lehetett hallani ami a folyosón történik. egyik éjjel valaki nagyon kiabált, az sajnos kellemetlen volt, de a többi nap nem volt gond.
