Pros:

Insgesamt war es eine große Anlage mit vielen Pools, einem kleinen Supermarkt und Bars und Restaurants. Das Essen war sehr lecker, abwechslungsreich und viel Auswahl. Jeden Abend gab es Unterhaltungsprogramm. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und man hatte alles drin was man braucht. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hat einem den Aufenthalt komfortabel gemacht. Man wurde fürsorglich behandelt. Zu Fuß gibt es einige Läden und man kann sich einen schönen Spaziergang zum Stramd machen oder den Hotel-Bus nehmen.

Cons:

Die WLAN Verbindung war zeitweise in den Zimmern unterbrochen oder nicht vorhanden.

Wonderful
Pros:

This was an absolutely amazing experience. The kids’ program was fantastic, the water park and pools were excellent, and the beach transfers were very convenient. The dinners felt like dining in a high-end restaurant — truly impressive quality. We haven’t had such a great vacation in a long time. Highly recommended!

Cons:

The only minor downside was that the check-in process was a bit slow.

I recommend the hotel !
Pros:

So all staff was great, this hotel has so friendly staff that made my stay better. In reception David, Ahmed tawfik Mohammed. Also guest relations was very helpful. Restaurant staff also (sorry I don’t remember all the names!) and in housekeeping Seid(I think).

Overall, a nice stay with good amenities and polite staff.

Any issue that arose during my stay was addressed by the management in a professional and satisfactory manner.

Pros:

Ich hatte einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt im Hotel Xperience. Das Personal war durchgehend freundlich, hilfsbereit und hat sich wirklich bemüht, dass man sich wohlfühlt. Die Zimmer waren sauber, modern eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Besonders gefallen hat mir die ruhige Atmosphäre und die gepflegte Anlage.
Das Essen war abwechslungsreich und lecker, es war für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Auch die Lage des Hotels ist super ideal zum Entspannen, aber auch, um die Umgebung zu erkunden.
Insgesamt kann ich das Hotel Xperience definitiv weiterempfehlen und würde jederzeit wiederkommen!

Персонал отличный, парни стараются, но кое-что в отеле пора обновить

Персонал хороший. За 30 лет выросло поколение египтян, знающих языки и ориентированных на сервис. Видно, что ребята стараются. В отеле все организовано норм, все бесплатно. Номер большой, комфортный.

Cons:

Но по уровню номер - тройка. Раздолбанный душ, НЕТ МЫЛА (это в Египте!), руки мыли шампунем. И очень меня доставали простыни с катышками. Но самый треш находится за пределами отеля. В отеле купили экскурсию сафари - задолбались, отравились. Разводилово на каждом метре буквально. Вывод: лучше из нашего прекрасного отеля не выходить!

Номер с террасой и выходом к бассейну, было тихо и красиво! Разнообразная еда, нам на пять дней хватило разнообразия! Пляж с рифом!!! Уборка номера каждый день с разными фигурками из полотенца, что очень нравилось детям! Большая ухоженная, зеленая территория! Наличие аквапарка большой плюс!!! В наши даты была хорошая цена!

Cons:

На территории два ресторана, но ассортимент одинаковый! Постельное белье пора бы заменить.

אווירה טובה, מלון גדול, שירות טוב, יש שאטלים לים והחוף שייך למלון אז גם שם הכל כלול, מקום גדול, הרבה בריכות, פארק מים נחמד, בעקרון במלון יש הכל בכלל לא חייבים לצאת, ליד המלון יש מוזיאון שמומלץ לבקר בו. החדרים שלנו היו גדולים עם אמבטיה בחדר רחצה. שירות היה מהיר ואדיב ביקשנו דברים לחדר והביאו ברצון.

Cons:

האוכל סביר, יש מה לאכול אבל לא וואו. הקינוחים מעולים. המלון מאוד גדול, יש שתי קבלות אבל רק בראשית יש קופה אז בעצם לא הכי ברור למה יש עוד קבלה..

Il resort è molto bello, pulito, ha molte piscine tra cui una con molti scivoli e non c'è mai affollamento. Si mangia bene e il personale è gentilissimo in particolare Mohamed stanza 4424 e Nabil/ Mario che ci ha consigliato le escursioni e ci ha aiutato in qualsiasi momento, soprattutto quando abbiamo smarrito il nostro zaino fortunatamente ritrovato.

Cons:

Molta fila alla macchinetta del caffè alla mattina e le bevande gratuite al bar potrebbero essere migliorate. Buona però la birra
