Нам очень понравился персонал , еда , обслуживание в отеле . Ребята молодцы ! Держат марку ! Процветания ! Они любят гостей в своем отеле !
Отметим людей которые наш отдых делали прекрасным . Парень который прибирал наш номер Ислам (всегда было все ) в полном смысле . Ребята на ресепшене большие молодцы всегда рядом и беспокоятся за наш отдых ( спасибо большое Helal , And abanuop,) а также хотелось отметить всех ребят барменов которые сделали наш отдых только лучше .

Immersa nel verde la cosa che mi è piaciuta moltissimo la presenza di gatti all’interno della struttura evidentemente molto ben trattati il responsabile della sala è stato molto cordiale e gentile con me che sono vegetariana e ha cercato di soddisfare ogni mia esigenza un ringraziamento particolare va a Alsaid che ogni giorno ti ho fatto trovare dei bellissimi disegni fatti con l’asciugamano nella stanza. La struttura è molto pulita, immersa nel verde per personale molto disponibile e cordiale.

Lielisks serviss, personāls, ēdināšana. Arī recepcijas darbinieks Estefanous ļoti palīdzēja ar savu atsaucību recepcijā.

Animācijas komanda piedāvā daudz labas, interesantas izklaides, bet nav izlikta informācija par visām aktivitātēm abu viesnīcu recepcijā. Kā arī nestaigā apkārt piedāvājot aktivitātes.

Махмуд делал уборку на высшем уровне, каждый день удивлял классными фигурками из Полотенцев, всегда был вежлив, улыбчив и приветлив. Желал очень помогал ресепшоне, давал дельные советы, так же как и весь персонал был вежлив и красавчик в общем слове

Really enjoyed our stay
Pros:

What we liked most is the staff. This is the best customer service I have seen. Everybody really helpful, does everything to help. From the people at the reception , at the restaurant and house keeping.

Cons:

That the property is not directly on the beach. The shuttle bus needs to be booked a day before and one is obliged to stay more than 2 hours before coming back to the hotel.
