I would wholeheartedly recommend Porto Portes as the best place to stay in Nea Potidea.
Pros:

The host was so kind and helpful. He aided us when our car broke down 50 km away from the final destination. He was really proactive in arranging us a tow truck, transport to the villa and a repair shop. The room was extremely clean, the wifi was really good and we really felt welcomed.

Beautiful place near the beach
Pros:

We had a 4 persons apartment and it was perfect for us a family with 2 kids. Big enough, it actually had an extra couch, so additional space. Everything is very new and extremely clean. The bathroom is in perfect condition, the beds were comfortable and we really relaxed as the room is very bright with lots of windows, but in the same time, we had curtains, shutters, even mosquito net and air conditioned. The photos here tell the truth and the place is really 2 min away from the beach. We also had a small terrace that we could use for relaxing in the yard, gathering with friends or even have a small breakfast organized by us. The breakfast offered by the owners is actually on the beach. The owners have a beach bar as well and we were able to grab a breakfast directly there on the beach. We had a discount on any orders. The variety was good for breakfast - omelets, Greek yogurts, pancakes, etc. It is also located very near to restaurants and places to go out in walking distance. There is a parking lot in the yard with enough spaces for all the tenants. We really enjoyed and we're happy we spent 10 beautiful days here, every little detail planned by the owners made our stay perfect and we'll have good memories from here.

Nice getaway location
Pros:

Good location to explore whole Kassandreia by car. Beach is walking distance away. Free parking inside property. Perfect security. Very hospitable hosts.
