La ubicación es preciosa y tranquila, la vista desde el predio al mar y poder ver el atardecer desde ahi era extraordinaria. La pileta esta muy bien cuidada, limpia y grande (mencion especial para el hombre que esta ahi que siempre esta atento a mantenerla perfecta)
La playa que esta abajo del hotel es muy bella tambien y con muchas menos piedras que otras.
El parking es grande y fácil pero podrían haberle puesto una sombra ya que da el sol todo el dia ahi.
La recepción esta siempre disponible para lo que se necesite, sin importar el problema te ayudan a encontrar una solucion y las chicas son muy amables. El personal de limpieza tambien es muy amable y predispuesto.
El buffet tanto del desayuno como de la cena nos resultó incompletos y no de la calidad esperada para un 4 estrellas.
Las habitaciones no tienen absolutamente nada de insonorizacion, puedes escuchar todo lo que sucede tanto al lado como en el pasillo.
El personal de sala debe mejorar, resultan un poco agobiantes a la mesa ya que están intentando recoger el plato a cada minuto y deben prepararse un poco mas ya que habia muchas preguntas que no nos sabian responder en relacion con la bebida o comida.

Une chambre sans fenêtre. Nous avons dû laisser la porte du pavillon entrouverte pendant la nuit! Ou utiliser la climatisation, un comble en octobre et ce qui est aussi incroyable en une période d économie d’énergie…
La vue panoramique sur la mer, la piscine, la tranquillité du lieu, la cuisine bonne.

Relaxing atmosphere, amazing location, the best view ever
It’s an adults-only hotel outside of Tropea, just close enough to walk into the town centre, the beach comes with plenty of sun beds and umbrellas. The staff is very friendly and speaks several languages.
The facilities could be better maintained/ cleaner, the rooms’ terraces and balconies don’t offer a lot of privacy. The food is served buffet style, a lot of fish/ seafood, it’s plenty but nothing spectacular.
All was great, starting from the team to the great facility, Great Beach, and Great Pool.
Excellent hotel.Nothing to complain. Friendly staff. To be recommended.
