Washroom was good but for a certain time no water was there - tv was not functional , no hangers in the cupboard. AC was not functional .

Rude behaviour
Pros:

As you well aware that we booked our room in advance but they refused and did not accommodate me. Very bad experience because they not considered online booking although I call them several times but they refused by saying that due to basant festival they don't have rooms.
