Mi estancia en Makani ha sido de lo más lindo. Desde que llegamos nos dieron la facilidad de acceder a la habitación apenas llegué (antes de las 3pm) y a la salida me permitieron estar hasta que salga mi bus. Fui con mi mami que es una persona adulta mayor y nos dieron muchas facilidades. El desayuno, la comida es deliciosa. El lugar es muy tranquilo como para despejarte (solo oyes las olas del mar). Todos muy atentos y amables, desde el personal de recepción, el personal del restaurante, los dueños. En verdad lo recomiendo muchísimo, espero volver pronto 😊
La verdad todo me gustó. Quizá un aperitivo de bienvenida sería un plus!

La atención del personal de cocina y limpieza es excepcional y la comida muy rica.
Mi estadía en Makani Vichayito tuvo aspectos positivos, pero también varios puntos que considero importantes mencionar.
Al llegar, el conductor nos dejó en la puerta y no había nadie en recepción para recibirnos. Tuvimos que esperar algunos minutos hasta que finalmente nos entregaron la habitación. Durante la estadía, noté que casi siempre no había personal en recepción y la comunicación era únicamente por WhatsApp.
Otro punto importante es que el hotel no cuenta con servicio de cena. Viajaba con mi hijo de 4 años y al consultar por opciones, solo me indicaron que había un restaurante cercano, pero no me brindaron dirección ni número de contacto para coordinar un delivery. Tuve que buscar la información por mi cuenta.
Además, las piscinas no estaban completamente limpias; tenían un tono verdoso que daba la impresión de falta de mantenimiento. Las sillas y camas frente al mar tampoco lucen como en las fotos publicadas, lo cual genera una expectativa distinta a la realidad.
Creo que con una mejor atención en recepción, mayor apoyo al huésped y mejor mantenimiento de las instalaciones, la experiencia podría mejorar considerablemente.

El hotel tiene salida a la playa, los desayunos incluidos son de los mejores y muy variados, la amabilidad del personal es notable y el dueño del hotel Manolo es un crak simpre atenteto y amable
