Foreign business travelers who require a printed invoice, will also be charged the additional 18% regardless of the length of their stay in Peru. La atención del personal de cocina y limpieza es excepcional y la comida muy rica.
Mi estadía en Makani Vichayito tuvo aspectos positivos, pero también varios puntos que considero importantes mencionar.
Al llegar, el conductor nos dejó en la puerta y no había nadie en recepción para recibirnos. Tuvimos que esperar algunos minutos hasta que finalmente nos entregaron la habitación. Durante la estadía, noté que casi siempre no había personal en recepción y la comunicación era únicamente por WhatsApp.
Otro punto importante es que el hotel no cuenta con servicio de cena. Viajaba con mi hijo de 4 años y al consultar por opciones, solo me indicaron que había un restaurante cercano, pero no me brindaron dirección ni número de contacto para coordinar un delivery. Tuve que buscar la información por mi cuenta.
Además, las piscinas no estaban completamente limpias; tenían un tono verdoso que daba la impresión de falta de mantenimiento. Las sillas y camas frente al mar tampoco lucen como en las fotos publicadas, lo cual genera una expectativa distinta a la realidad.
Creo que con una mejor atención en recepción, mayor apoyo al huésped y mejor mantenimiento de las instalaciones, la experiencia podría mejorar considerablemente.

El hotel tiene salida a la playa, los desayunos incluidos son de los mejores y muy variados, la amabilidad del personal es notable y el dueño del hotel Manolo es un crak simpre atenteto y amable

One of the best rooms I have ever been in. Incredible view on the sea, and great terraza. And one of the nicest hotel staff and dueño that I have met. The beach and the restaurant are also very beautiful. Highly recommended! We will come back for sure!
The room was nice and clean and had a ceiling fan and an air conditioning unit which were needed because the weather was hot. The restaurant was great and had a variety of options to choose from.
