Pros:

Scam - Avoid this property at all costs.
Pros:

I won’t suggest this property. Though Property is fairly good, It’s in Fira center and 5 mins walk to all Bus and Taxi stand. Near to all restaurants.

I strongly advise against booking this property. My stay was marred by what felt like a scam by the owner. I was charged €350 in cash for a minor table stain caused by nail polish remover, despite my total stay costing €450. The owner labeled it as “damage,” though nothing was broken, and insisted on cash payment because they couldn’t show the €350 transaction in their business account. After hours of discussion and refusing to pay cash without a damage receipt, they reduced the charge to €250, still in cash. They claimed they couldn’t provide a damage payment receipt because they’re not a 5-star hotel, yet charged exorbitant fees as if they were. They insisted on replacing the table rather than cleaning the stain, even though we successfully removed it with a wet wipe. Most concerning, the owner threatened to take legal action over my right to leave this review.

Incroyablement parfait ! Merci !
Pros:

Tout était absolument parfait ! L’accueil au top, avec des explications claires et concises. Que de bonnes intentions du propriétaire pour nous faire passer un excellent séjour ! Chambre au top, avec plateau de charcuterie, bière et vin en accueil. Le spa sur la terrasse est un véritable bonheur !

Pros:

Die Hoteleigentümer:innen sind absolut freundlich und serviceorientiert. Die Unterkunft lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Lage ist zentral zum Busbahnhof, zu den Geschäften und zur Kaldera gelegen und meistens ruhig. Die Zimmer sind modern, schlicht und vor allem ökologisch nachhaltig ausgestattet. Wer keinen gesteigerten Wert auf Aussicht aus dem Zimmer legt, ist hier bestens aufgehoben. Ich würde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Manchmal etwas laut von draußen und hellhörig.

Fantastic location in a luxury apartment at a very good price.
Pros:

The property was in a great location, walking to shops, transport, restaurants and the beautiful Caldera white washed picturesque scenery. The owners were very responsive to any questions we had via WhatsApp, externally helpful and made it very easy for us.

Cons:

No signage on the building made it hard to find initially.

Tobias was absolutely lovely, he gave us detailed recommendations for the island and made our stay fabulous.
The rooms were beautiful, immaculately clean and cleaned our room daily. The hot tubs are well maintained and so lovely 😍 honestly I can't fault this place, they have thought of everything.
Tobias even prepared a welcome cheese plate and lemonade for us as we don't drink alcohol. Have to say one of the best places I have stayed in my travels
