Its located in a very good location staff are nice but not professional room was big and clean facility in the room are good, its quite although it was in the downtown

Cons:

My experience was extremely disappointing.
After a 20-hour flight, my family and I arrived at the hotel expecting to rest. However, as soon as we entered our room, the power went out due to a short circuit. The receptionist attempted to fix the issue, but it caused an electrical explosion.
We immediately requested a different room, but we were told that no rooms were available. Instead, we were sent to another room on an upper floor, which was extremely dirty and in such poor condition that we couldn't even use the bed.
The receptionist assured us that the electrical problem would be fixed by 9:00 a.m. the next morning. However, when we returned to our original room, we were repeatedly given false promises and no real solution.
Around 11:00 a.m., someone knocked on the door and asked us to leave, claiming she was the owner and had no idea who we were or why we were staying there. This was both shocking and embarrassing.
I went back to the reception, extremely frustrated, especially since we were traveling as a family with a child. Only after I demanded an immediate solution did the staff apologize and finally begin fixing the electrical problem.
As a result of the hotel's poor handling of the situation, we lost an entire day of our vacation. The lack of communication, unsafe room conditions, and overall service were completely unacceptable.
Also the room supposed to have a balcony in description but there was no balcony at all it was facing the wall
