le premier séjour, l'année précédente, nous l'avions apprécié. Pas de bruit.

le site, en pleine campagne.

Cons:

le bruit, séparation entre balcons insuffisante, manque de discrétion des clients, conversations à haute voix, aboiements chien. Manque de rigueur sans doute du propriétaire. Calme appréciable cependant à partir de 22 heures et la nuit.

Quiet, clean, and finished with an excellent, nutritious breakfast that was included.
Pros:

Hands on ownership. He served with passion and professionalism. Room was amazing. Near the beach and local towns without a beach price. Quiet, safe neighborhood!

Tolles Hotel südlich Araxos
Pros:

Gute Beschilderung schon von der Bundestraße (Patra nach Süden), liegt am Ortsrand des beiliegenden Dorfes.
Freundlicher und kompetenter Empfang (Eigentümer sprechen deutsch).
Tolles umfangreiches Frühstück, ließ (unsererseits) keine Wünsche offen.
Parkmöglichkeiten direkt vor dem Hotel. Viele gute Tipps für Unternehmungen in der Umgebung.
Bad hatte sofort heißes Wasser, Zimmer mit Klimaanlage.

Cons:

Restaurant hatte noch geschlossen, weil wir außerhalb der Saison dort waren - Luxusproblem.
Ansonsten alles Super.
