Pros:

It was already my fifth stay at Muyuterra hotel and I would stay there again. A very nice and clean, basic but boutique style option in Moyobamba with lots of birds in the well maintained garden. The staff is always very friendly, welcoming and helpful.

Cons:

Staff is handling a different exchange rate than the market rate, and it is each time an unnecessary discussion to get at least somewhat closer to the price one booked on booking.com. On booking.com prices are listed in USD or Euros but not in Peruvian soles. With the better exchange rate that staff is willing to give in Peruvian soles after some negotiations, one still ends up paying 2-3 Euros or USD more than the price in the booking.com according to the current exchange rate. Just something to keep in mind when booking that the room will be slightly more expensive.
The staff are very friendly people, and it would be nice if the owners could allow the staff to use the current market exchange rate or otherwise mention the prices in Peruvian soles on booking.com to avoid such unnecessary annoyances.

Un lugar muy cálido, tranquilo y acogedor

Su tranquilidad , un lugar que tiene plantas , limpio y cómodo

Cons:

Sí es que no vez las habitaciones personalmente, y si solo lo reservamos por la página nos podemos dar con una sorpresa que existen habitaciones muy pequeñas que literalmente solo cabe la cama nada más de espacio, eso no me gustó

Muy bonito hospedaje, muy limpio y ordenado y excelente atención.

Cons:

Las habitaciones eran bonitas, limpias y cómodas pero, las que nos tocaron por lo menos, eran un tanto pequeñas. Habían muebles verticales para organizar las cosas pero el espacio para transitar era un tanto reducido.
