Great location, breakfast, room and very friendly/helpful staff. Can definitely recommend.
Water supply in room was limited. Found out afterwards that they charged for all the water bottles in the minibar.
Best breakfast, beautiful rooms with great views of the ferries coming and going. Not truly city center but still a great location. Staff was amazing, truly went above and beyond. The breakfast was one of the best during this Europe trip I’ve had. Sauna room was nice just wish could use it more than once in a day as you are limited to time in there, this was the reason I booked this hotel ;)
Pool outside is not heated and was cold, this was in early October. More flexible sauna/steam room times. Think it would be better to allow two people at a time, one to use the sauna and one for the steam room and allow for longer times in there, or just allow to use more than once a day.

Staff very helpfull
This time we tried Also hamam and masage. I was expected will be very special, how they told that hamam they are proud of. But i didnt like. The girl who did us hamam she put on us cold water at the end of procedur, was funny But i mean in this kind of luxury clients you should minimum tell it before, and what they should wait … not good surprise.
Also we didnt like that pool was extremly ice cold. In like this luxury hotel like riviéra they should invest in pool heating, Because also if Its 30 degree who wanna swimm in ice cold pool? Peole wanna relax in nice temperature water.
Breakfast was also better before and when it was upstairs with nice view. Now they moved it down and i didnt like it .
breakfast was fascinating. staff was friendly and helpfull. room amenities were very useful.
price can be lower.
