Hotel confortável, bem localizado com equipe atenciosa
Pros:

A equipe é bastante gentil e esteve sempre preocupada em nos atender da melhor forma possível. O café da manhã era simples, mas gostoso. Os quartos eram confortáveis e espaçosos.

Cons:

Minha única ressalva era a água quente para o banho que não era muito boa, nem sempre estava quente o suficiente.

Su situación céntrica. La comfortabilidad de la cama y la presión del agua en la ducha. Buena señal wifi. El personal es atento y está dispuesto a ayudar al huésped. Tienen manzanilla y anís para que el cliente se sirva en la recepción del hotel. Desayuno continental (aunque no probé sino las infusiones).

Cons:

Noté que un día no se limpió la habitación, porque al desenredarme el cabello, cayó pelos en el baño y cuando volví seguían allí y tuve que expresar mi malestar. A partir de ese día ya cuidaban más la limpieza. Sin embargo, no limpian de polvo la silla. Hay que ponerle cera de muebles y tiene que estar todo impoluto. Es lo mínimo. Es un hotel de tres estrellas y hay que cuidar más los detalles.
También necesita mantenimiento, porque algunas mayólicas del baño están mal en las juntas. Algo oscura la habitación.

Un desencanto
Pros:

Un par de trabajadoras fueron atentas y amables. La habitación no estaba mal.

Cons:

Nos quedamos sin agua caliente a las 6 de la tarde y me dijeron que estaría arreglado en media hora. Pasó más de una hora y seguíamos sin agua caliente en pleno invierno, por lo tanto no nos podíamos duchar. A la mañana siguiente a las 9:00 todavía no había agua caliente.
El desayuno era muy pobre. Café instantáneo al que tú mismo tienes que añadirle agua caliente y luego un triste huevo revuelto (la cantidad era irrisoria). Luego te daban una bola de mantequilla congelada que apenas podías untar en el pan y algo de mermelada.
Lo único que estaba bueno era el pan.
Otro huésped también se quejó a la hora del desayuno por las cantidades y la calidad.
Se supone que es un hotel de tres estrellas, pero debería tener una como mucho.
La toalla que proporcionan para ducharte estaba un poco sucia.
Demasiado caro para lo que ofrecen, sobre todo por el tema desayuno y el hecho de quedarse sin agua caliente y no tener medios para poder solucionarlo.

Good convenient place for a night or so

Very good location. Good for a night or so, convenient location and room is ok

Will not return.
Pros:

It is very well located, two blocks from the main plaza.

Cons:

The Booking.com description included parking, which it did not have nor provide. The wifi did not work at all and the noise from the street made it very difficult to sleep. The reception provided is ear plugs, but were not enough.

Nice place near to the center of Arequipa
Pros:

The location was excellent, really near to the Santa Catalina’s convent and plaza de armas. The staff were really helpful and kind.
Finally the breakfast was simple but fearless enough to begin with the day

Cons:

They don’t have elevator

Disappointing
Pros:

Good location and the staff.

Cons:

The only problem with this hotel is that although it is very well located (in the centre of Arequipa), it has a nightclub right next door which makes it impossible to sleep with the noise at 2/3 in the morning. After one sleepless night, we cancelled the second night and moved to another hotel.
