Wunderbarer Ausgangspunkt um die Stadt zu erleben
Pros:

Zimmer funktionell und völlig in Ordnung. Alles da was man braucht.
Lage perfekt, zentral vieles zu Fuß erreichbar.
Frühstück sehr lecker. Viel regionale Spezialitäten. Jeden Tag ein Genuss!

Geiles Hotel, Top Lage - jederzeit wieder!

Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, man ist direkt im Zentrum und kann alles gut erreichen.
Die Zimmer sind sehr hochwertig ausgestattet.
Frühstück und das Personal waren beides super.

Vorsicht bei der finanziellen Abrechnung
Pros:

Im Großen und Ganzen waren das Hotel und unser Zimmer eigentlich gut. Gute Lage. Alles sauber. Der Besitzer/Betreiber war auch sehr hilfreich, z.B. bei Routenplanungen etc. Bei der Anreise konnten wir auch kostenlos früher einschecken.

Cons:

Wir bekamen keinen Schlüssel für den Haupteingang. Da die Rezeption nicht ständig besetzt war, mussten wir immer klingeln, wenn wir zurück ins Hotel wollten. Dabei mussten wir häufig länger warten, einmal sogar 15 Minuten, um reinzukommen.
Die finanzielle Abrechnung war sehr undurchsichtig und nachteilig für uns. Laut Booking.com sollten wir in USD bezahlen, und zwar genau 121,50 USD. Bei Ankunft wollte der Betreiber aber in Soles bezahlt werden und wendete einen Wechselkurs von etwa 4 Soles per 1 USD an, obwohl der tatsächliche Wechselkurs seinerzeit bei etwa 3,35 Soles per USD lag. Also zahlten wir etwa 480 Soles statt 407 Soles.
Außerdem haben wir weder eine vernünftige Rechnung noch eine Quittung bekommen.

Fantastyczny i niezapomniany pobyt

Fantastyczny obiekt doskonale wpisany w klimat otoczenia. W samym sercu Arequipa. Przemiła obsługa, wspaniałe śniadania.
dosyć wysoki standard pokoju jak na tę cenę i lokalizację.

Pros:

Die Mitarbeiter des Hotels sind äußerst zuvorkommend, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Service ist rund um die Uhr erreichbar und stets bemüht, den Gästen den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten.
Das Frühstück ist sehr vielfältig und lässt keine Wünsche offen.
Trotz der hohen Auslastung war das Hotel sehr ruhig perfekte Voraussetzungen für erholsamen Schlaf.
Das gesamte Hotel einschließlich der Zimmer ist stets sauber, ordentlich und gepflegt. Ein großes Lob an das Reinigungsteam, das wirklich tolle Arbeit leistet. Vom Hotel aus kann man zu Fuß in die Innenstadt laufen, was natürlich die Suche nach einem Parkplatz im Zentrum erspart.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the guy at reception charged us quite a bit more than on booking.com (~25%). He said it was because the hotel can basically pick whatever exchange rate they want but even then the final price didn’t make sense.

Pros:

La struttura si trova in una zona molto bella .
Il personale dell 'albergo è giovane dinamico e molto cortese.
Colazione oltre le aspettative è presente una variegata proposta sia di dolce che di salata ,le sale sono curate e pulite...una mattina il personale ha proposto anche le Pasteis de nata appena sfornate pronendole ai tavoli ottime.
