Mi sono trovato benissimo: la posizione dell’hotel è ideale per esplorare la zona a piedi

Abbiamo avuto un’ottima esperienza in questo hotel. Il personale si è dimostrato estremamente gentile e disponibile. La camera era molto pulita e curata, e nonostante la posizione, abbiamo trovato l’ambiente sorprendentemente silenzioso, il che ci ha garantito un riposo tranquillo. Un altro punto sicuramente a favore è l’ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo: per il servizio offerto, il costo è stato davvero conveniente. Consigliato!

Pros:

Ich hatte eine Junior Suite gebucht und war insgesamt wirklich sehr zufrieden. Das Zimmer war schön geräumig und sauber, das Bett äußerst bequem ich habe richtig gut geschlafen. Besonders positiv fand ich, dass alles reibungslos funktioniert hat: durchgehend warmes Wasser, stabiles WLAN und nachts angenehm ruhig.

Die Lage war top..!!
Pros:

Alle, die dort arbeiten, haben ein großes Herz für ihre Gäste ... stets freundlich + aufmerksam, aktiv hilfsbereit, also: kein Nachfragen oder Bitte-Bitte, sondern anbieten + machen ... großartig! Wenig Komfort ohne jeden Schnickschnack, aber alles in gutem Zustand, funktioniert und ist sauber. Wir konnten gut ausgeschlafen in den Tag starten.

Schöne grosse Zimmer, gute Lage im Zentrum von Arequipa

Cons:

Unfreundliches Personal, beim check in wurde plötzlich ein anderer Preis verlangt als auf Booking stand (ca. 40€ mehr). Dann konnte man mit dem Gastgeber über den Preis vehandeln. Haben schlussendlich ca 5€ mehr bezahlt als auf Booking angegeben.
Frühstück bestand lediglich aus Ei und Brot.

Buen lugar
Pros:

Me encantó la habitacion, fue super cómoda y amplia. El baño tambien, muy limpio. Buena ubicacion y no se escucharon ruidos de la calle porque los cuartos están hacia adentro. A mi pareja y a mi nos gustó muchísimo. Sin duda volveria a hospedarme ahi.

Pros:

Die Ausstattung des Zimmers, welches wir hatten war aussergewöhnlich gut. Es hatte viele nützliche und moderne Gadgets gehabt, die wir so selten in einem Hotel aufgefunden haben.
Das Hotel ist wirklich außergewöhnlich. Es ist ruhig und trotzdem mega zentral gelegen. Wenn wir mal wieder in Arequipa sind, werden wir auf jeden Fall nochmal dort übernachten.
