Disappointed hugely
Pros:

Nothing just spacious and good balcony

Cons:

Very creepy at night, not clean, no facilities, doesn't match the picture at all

You should not keep this kind of property on booking . Com I went near the property , firstly there is no board .. Secondly they asked me to travel half km to an another property . I donno why should I do that ! Remove this kind of options

Pros:

The apartments were huge. And the price is very reasonable.Parking is available based on first come first serve as there are only two spots available.

Cons:

The apartments could use a proper cleaning. There was dust everywhere. The kitchenware was basic and some ceramic cups were cracked. Though it is far from the centre of the city it's worth the price.

The house is spacious. But it is not maintained well

Cons:

The service was bad. We had visited with our child and any request that we made took hours to get back.
The service guys look inexperienced in hospitality sector. They were crude and did a half ass job in cleaning too. We stayed here for 5 nights, we were charged high, but even the sheets weren't changed at all during the stay.
Our bathroom toilet tank kept leaking, electricity fluctuated everytime we switched on geyser or microwave.
The service guys came on the last night around 11pm and asked us to make payment by card. They came asking 'Paisa' which was so rude.
The house has potential, but the stay was nothing like what I expected. Disappointed 😞

Completely Unacceptable
Pros:

I went to the hotel and was made to wait about 25 mins for the owner to come before I could check in. Then I was told that all rooms were occupied. At this point I decided to leave. Another thing, the name of the hotel 'Classic Heights" was no where written on the property. I had to identify the building from the photo on booking.com. Just horrible.

Cons:

I had reached the hotel around 6 pm. Because the arrival was late, I had even called the property around 3:30 PM or so to confirm. On the phone I was assured that I would have the room even if I checked in late in the day.

Pros:

The hotel declined the stay even though they were informed it’s not a family- they weren’t even ready to hear us out though we reached late night. Terrible experience for girls who reach late night..

Ok place - would stay in a hotel next time
Pros:

Location was nice and the rooms were large.

Cons:

We stayed here while traveling in India before a friend's wedding. The reception did not have our booking recorded and unfortunately did not speak any English. Despite having contacted them previously about checking in early due to our flight, no one seemed aware of this or aware of the booking. Additionally, we got charged for two nights instead of one. We did expect to pay more due to early check-in, but we were charged more than expected. Would not recommend to foreigners.
