From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The hotel is beautifully maintained, the atmosphere is peaceful, and the facilities are excellent. My room was spacious, spotless, and offered a spectacular sea view. Every member of the staff was professional, friendly, and genuinely eager to make my stay comfortable. Their hospitality made all the difference. I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway. I will definitely be back.

The location is amazing, and my room had a breathtaking full sea view. The hotel's atmosphere is wonderful, creating a relaxing and enjoyable experience. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. Thank you for such an amazing stay. I truly enjoyed every moment and look forward to visiting again.

This is a clean, modern hotel, with reasonable rates, in Port Said. I had a nice view of the beach in the distance, including great sunset view, and it's just a two block walk to the beach. (Oddly a hotel staff member said it wasn't safe to walk alone to the beach, but nothing seemed dangerous.) The beach is very popular with Egyptians. (Western bathing costume might be out of place in this conservative locale.)
This hotel is a better location for beach vice exploring historic Port Said (and ferry to Port Fuad), although it is walkable. Alternatively a brief "In Drive" taxi for a dollar. There is a rooftop restaurant, which should have spectacular views (and one can see out), but the window condition is such that it's hard to appreciate. The breakfast buffet food is not bad. For $10 one can have buffet dinner there too, although honestly I'd recommend the $5 shwarma place around the corner.)
Totally scammed! I booked this hotel for 1 night from June 21-22 and arrived around 3:00 am on June 21. I texted them before arrival and told them my arrival time, but No one answered until the next day at 10:20 am! As I arrived The receptionist told me your booking is for tomorrow on 22nd and I told him I booked it from 21-22 and showed him the details. He said its not in our system yet but you are welcome to stay in a room now but we have to change the room tomorrow. I changed the room the next day and I explained it to the morning shift receptionist and asked her if there is a problem or charge she said no and changed my room. As I was in the shower they cut my service without any notice, a call in the room and I was under the shower stuck in the darkness! I managed to the receptionist down and he told me I must do a payment first so I asked to talk to the manager and waited there more than 20 minutes no one showed up. Made payment as I had to get back to the room. And realised they charged me for 2 days with different prices!!!
Very disappointed. They trick you!
