After we arrived and saw the property we extended our stay by 3 more days. We will return.
Pros:

Giannis and the staff where all, down to earth, aiming to please to make our stay as comfortable as they possibly can. Breakfast on the patio every morning was great and the different breakfast time slots are great to fit with anybody's daily schedule. Lots of parking is available and the property being located on a small hill gets a lot of welcome breeze on hot days.

Idyllic location and memorable people
Pros:

Everything was perfect. Beautifully laid out suites, clean and well maintained. with stunning views of the sea and surrounding mountains. We even saw the first snow of the year on Mount Olympus. The whole experience of our stay was made even more special by Giannis, the owner and his team. They are really like a family working well together. And nothing is too much trouble for them. The food prepared was varied, fresh and delicious. Our breakfast was brought to our terrace which was freshly prepared to our order the previous day. Must mention the resident cat, who I named Olive as I was told she didn’t have a name. She grew up around the olive trees Giannis grandfather planted so I thought an apt name for her. She’s a friendly soul and adds charm and character to the place.

Amazing stay
Pros:

Amazing place, super friendly staff, clean and specious rooms, perfect breakfast served on our terrace at any time you choose. Above all - Giannis’s spot-on beach and restaurant recommendations, which saved us the trouble of searching for great places ourselves. We liked it all very much.

Classy architecture of the facility

Cons:

The surrounding is not quite well. Flogita, neo Mudania beaches is not quite good. The water is green. But the facility is magnificent. And the pool is very clean

Great cottage-apartments, very clean with very polite service.
Delicious breakfasts served on our terrace at any time you choose. Nice and clean pool with a beautiful view.

Ein wunderschöner Urlaub!
Pros:

Eine super schöne Anlage, wunderschöne Zimmer und super nettes Personal. Man hat sich von Anfang an toll aufgehoben und wohl gefühlt.

Beautiful and serene hotel with a great view and quiet
Pros:

Beautiful, peaceful, well kept hotel that is very relaxing - the owner is very attentive and the breakfast is delightful

Cons:

My one negative was the amount wasps especially at dinner! It put us off eating dinner there even though the food was great!
Also just as a suggestion for a more 4* feeling and make the welcome even better would be a welcome drink on arrival esp if early for check-in and hanging about the pool!
