A decent property at a very reasonable cost
Pros:

Very good quality of staff and good customer care.

Cons:

There are 2 Reina Hotels, in sector G9 and G6. I had booked G9 because it was more convenient for shops and visiting people. I discovered the day before arrival that we had been transferred to G6 because of renovation work at G9. It didn’t cause us too much of a problem but can be for some people. Despite this, the G6 property is in a residential street which was nice and quiet. The bedroom was fine. The bathroom is old and needs work. A/c and hot water were available. Breakfast is served in the bedroom and is a reasonable price.

It is not a hotel. So Booking com should not say it is a hotel. Rather it is a guest house.
Pros:

Room size was big. Staffs are cooperative

Cons:

Toilet doors was old and decayed by white ant
Bathroom fittings were not good and some are broken. It has cleanliness issue.

Wonderful stay, highly recommended!

I had an excellent experience at this hotel. The location was perfect—close to the city center yet quiet at night. The room was spotless, spacious, and had a very comfortable bed. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, always going out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. The breakfast was fresh with plenty of options. Overall, it was great value for money, and I’d definitely stay here again!

Excellent value for money
Pros:

The breakfast was good, a proper omelette with paratha and mixed tea. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and spacious bedroom. Great Location!

Cons:

The bathroom needs an upgrade. However, considering most of the guesthouses in Islamabad are old residential properties, one does not expect much from the bathrooms.
