Si quieres venir a usar la alberca, mejor no vengas, porque está helada...
Pros:

La alberca estaba helada, la gente va por la alberca, y el personal intenta calentarla, pero con una manguera de regar jardín y activan el sistema para calentarla, pero no la dejan el tiempo suficiente, se debería empezar desde las 5 am y serciorarse que este en buena temperatura o los reto a los empleados o dueños a que se metan con esa temperatura, vi varias personas que se decepcionaron, porque no podían usarla, extremadamente fría, aunque dice en varias publicaciones que está climatizada, si pero para osos polares.... es imposible estar por mucho calor que haga.... en la habitación había una cucaracha, no sé si se metió en la noche y ya amaneció muerta, o desde que recibimos la habitación ahí estaba, porque nos dimos cuenta al día siguiente...

pues que veníamos a la alberca y pues aunque si nos metimos al dia siguiente porque hacia más calor, aún así es muy helada...

La ubicación bastante bien.

Cons:

Que la habitación quizá x ser reservada a través de Booking se nos asignó una habitación bastante vieja, sin funcionamiento del clima, con cucarachas, le falta bastante mantenimiento, hasta el fondo casi en el cuarto de máquinas ... La verdad no regresaría teniendo otras opciones x el mismo precio.

Mala la atencion al huesped o cliente

Que esta limpio y el señor Juanito q nos ayudo a bajar las maletas fue el mas atento y cordial asi como la chica que nos dio informacion de los viajes, los de recepcion necesitan un curso de atencion al cliente.

Cons:

No me gusto que al reservar el hotel mencionaba que si deseabamos el desayuno lo pidieramos al realizar el check in y cuando lo solicitamos la recepcionista dijo q ya no se podia porq ya estaba la reservacio. Sin desayuno aun cuando le dije q pagaria la diferencia dijo que no que era en el momento de la reserva. Le pedimos mas datos del desayuno y solo dijo que era un desayuno americano con costo de 290 pesos por persona pero insistio q ya no nos lo podia registar.
No me gusto que el agua de la alberca estuviera tan fria y algo sucia.
No me gusto que tuvieramos q salir del hotel a buscar agua porq solo nos dieron 2 mini botellas de agua y la reserva la pagamos para tres personas.
No me gusto que se acabo el jabon de bañar es como si nos hubieran restringido el uso a una pprcion por persona. Incluso el papel higienico se acabo y tuvimos q pedirmmas en recepcion.
