Roza ist eine sehr nette und herzliche Gastgeberin.
Wir hatten ein sehr schönes Apartment mit einen traumhaften Blick aufs Meer.Bei der Ankunft hat uns Roza gleich mit einer guten Flasche Wein und einen
Obstkorb empfangen und weitere Tage mit Kuchen überrascht. Wenn wir fragen hatten hat sie uns geholfen. Sollten wir nochmal nach Kefalonia (Skala) kommen werden wir auf jedenfalls bei Roza buchen. Liebe Roza vielen Dank nochmal .

Très jolie maison au jardin très agréable
Très au calme tout en étant à proximité de la plage , des bars et restaurants
Rosa a un sens de l'accueil assez rare et ne cesse d'avoir des.attentions pour ces hôtes : vins, bières, café et thé, gâteaux, friandises ...
Une très bonne étape reposante à son rythme

I had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful guesthouse, and I can truly say it was an unforgettable experience. The place itself is charming, spotless, and full of warmth, but what makes it truly special is Mrs. Rosa.

She is the heart and soul of the guesthouse – a genuinely kind, caring, and welcoming host who goes above and beyond to make every guest feel at home. From the moment we arrived, she greeted us with a smile and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Her attention to detail and her dedication to hospitality are remarkable.

The rooms were cozy and beautifully maintained, the atmosphere was peaceful. But beyond all of this, it was Rosa’s generosity and kindness that made the experience truly memorable.

Η διαμονή μας ήταν υπέροχη ! Το δωμάτιο ήταν πεντακάθαρο, άνετο και με πανέμορφη θέα, σε μια ήσυχη τοποθεσία με άνετο πάρκινγκ. Όμως, αυτό που έκανε πραγματικά τη διαφορά ήταν η κυρία Ρόζα που είναι η πιο γλυκιά και φιλόξενη οικοδέσποινα! Με την καλοσύνη και τη φροντίδα της μας έκανε να νιώσουμε όχι σαν απλοί επισκέπτες, αλλά σαν πραγματικοί φιλοξενούμενοι στο σπίτι της. Μια εμπειρία γεμάτη ζεστασιά που θα θυμόμαστε με αγάπη!

Accogliente e pulitissima. Posizione tranquilla, vista mare, bellissimo giardino, terrazza comune, skala a 1 min di auto o a piedi. Spiaggia di Skala a 5 min di auto. La signora Rosa eccezionale! Ci tornerei anche domani !

We booked Nikolaos Studios in Skala based on the previous excellent reviews and we were not disappointed! The location is perfect - just a short walk from the many cafes, restaurants and beaches at Skala. The apartment was super clean and had everything we needed. Rosa is such a friendly and welcoming host and helped us any way she could. Our apartment was cleaned and topped up with snacks half way through our stay which was so lovely and Rosa sent us away with some gifts at the end of our stay. Some people have mentioned the hill back up to the apartment as a negative but we didn’t find this an issue at all.

Probably the best host we ever had. Rosa was incredibly nice. The location is very good, 2-3min to the Skala center. The kitchen has everything you need, the room is nice and cozy. Couldn't recommend it more.

Che dire… è stato tutto perfetto! La struttura è molto bella, pulita e ben tenuta. Posizione perfetta perché lontana dalla confusione ma tutto a portata di mano con una breve passeggiata! Rosa è stata gentilissima, ci ha fatto sentire come a casa! Consiglio ad occhi chiusi questo posto.

Nice property in a quiet location just a few minutes walk up the hill from the town. Rosa was a lovely host who was always on hand and very accommodating. Can’t thank here enough for everything!

Ottima l'accoglienza della proprietaria Rosa, che non ha fatto mancare la sua presenza e disponibilità durante il soggiorno.
A metà settimana cambio biancheria da letto ed asciugamani tutto profumatissimo.
Alloggio curato in ogni minimo dettaglio.
All' arrivo abbiamo trovato acqua, birra e una bottiglia di vino oltre ad un contenitore di frutta fresca in frigorifero. Durante il soggiorno ci ha coccolati con dei dolci e alla nostra partenza ci ha regalato un vasetto di miele e una ciotolina di mandorle caramellate.
