The rooms themselves are very nice and the pool is a nice bonus to the property.
1. Although they don't seem very busy they were very strict about the 3pm checkin but to be honest this is all over colombia. but it would be a nice gesture of hospitality to allow earlier. 2. there was a group of isrelis who were very loud and were playing music loudly, the staff should have more control over this so that other guests aren't disturbed.
3. the hotel itself is far from everything like at least 15-25min walk from town.
4. There were no towels in the room. when i told the reception this they said someone will bring them but they never came. 3 hours later i asked again and they said in 1 hour. again they never came with the towel. just overall very frustrating
Angelica and Wendy are very friendly and awesome persons.
The pool
Not very clean, wifi in the rooms very bad or hardly there tv only had 3 channels in one room and in the other it wasn’t even working.
A bit awkward to get to aswell
15 min walk from center
Hotel is 100 meters next to landing strip of airport! We booked a room for 4 persons and a kitchen. Apparently we got the wrong appartment, did not agree to change at 23.30. Next morning we got offered an other appartment way smaller then we booked, kitchen only with 2 pits and full of rust! Did not agree (price of the room was also almost 50% less then we payed). It was solved in the afternoon and we got the appartment we booked. Room was not clean, cooking pans full of mold, only 4 forks in the drawer. It was solved next day, but not a good start of your vacation!
Toilet and douche not clean, crane in sink nearly gives water.

The room was smelling so bad cos of mold
It was handy for the airport. I arrived late at night and left for Providencia early next morning. I got a taxi to the hotel (23000 COP) and walked back to the airport in the morning. It took 20 minutes to walk but you have to walk on the road at some point.
The staff had no idea I was coming so check in was delayed. There was no towel in the room. Extremely noisy (dogs and cockerels)!

- really convenient location for airport (although to do need to take a taxi at night, and they are expensive on San Andres)
- reception always available and helpful
- they have dynamic prices so our room ended up being expensive for what it was for 1 night
- quite chaotic check in & we had to move rooms
- it is loud & there are planes fairly late

No toilet paper.. noise of the airport. No help with suitcase on the way out or even a coffee
