Location to ski in and ski out.
They don’t have ski rental on site as they advertise on booking.com. It is in the hotel next door.
No access to staff reception until after 7am.
We were told off by staff when we came down for breakfast that we were supposed to let them know if we wanted breakfast the night before.
They charge you extra for coffee pods. We had 6 only allocated for 3 nights. Apparently that’s all you get. No milk. We asked at the bar and they kindly gave us some.
Room was large but felt like a youth hostel.
Other guests took it upon themselves to police a non textile policy in the sauna. The hotel doesn’t stipulate this anywhere but it wasn’t nice having a male guest verbally abuse me for not taking my swimsuit off. I thought it was fine with a towel.
Anyway. Won’t stay again. Was madly expensive for a what really was run like an expensive youth hostel.

Everybody in the hotel were realy friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and modern. The wellnes area was clean modern and there were planty of place in the relax area so in between the saunas you had the opportunity to truly rest and enjoy your time spendig there to refresh yourself after a long day of skiing.
Would have been good if the check out time is a litle later maybe at 12.
The hotel is beautiful, all the furniture is both new yet feels very warm and cosy. The kitchen was fully equipped with excellent kitchenware. The pool was excellent, the kids loved it. The view from the room was amazing. Everyone in the family loved the stay!
Note that the hotel is quite far from the town center. On the map it looks close, but actually a steep climb and not really convenient for walking on the road.
There is a great bus service, but do note in advance that you can't quickly hop to the supermarket (unless you take a 16 euro taxi).
For us it wasn't a problem at all (in the single time we needed to quickly get to town we took a taxi).
