Sehr gute zentrale Lage, sehr freundliches Personal

Cons:

Der Empfangsbereich sieht sehr einfach und billig aus. Das Frühstück sbuffet ist ausreichend, nicht aber mit Hotels vergleichbar die niedrigere Zimmerpreise aber ein größeres Buffet haben. Zudem war das Gebäck teilweise hart. Das Zimmer Upgrade was wir wegen dem überlauten Straßenlärm durch ein uns nicht bekanntes Bikertreffen erhielten war von der Zimmergröße sehr gut, jedoch Teppiche und Vorhänge fleckig, die alten Möbel in diesem Zimmer waren ok.

Natürlich super Lage und nah am Geschehen, sehr gepflegt und sauber, Ausstattung/Waschräume beim hoteleigenen Seezugang mittelmäßig
Super Frühstück und nettes Personal

Cons:

Vorabinformationen etwas spärlich (Parkplatz, Seezugang etc ) etwas schwierig, wenn man das erste Mal dort ist. Das Personal ist aber sehr hilfsbereit

Wunderschöner Urlaub in Velden
Pros:

Unterkunft liegt super, Zimmer waren sauber, Betten bequem, Frühstück war gut, Tiefgarage nicht zu eng, Bars in unmittelbarer Nähe. Um an den eigenen Strand zu kommen, muss man nur eine Straße überqueren. Personal war super freundlich, ob an der Rezeption oder beim Frühstück, wir können das Casino Hotel sehr weiterempfehlen und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt

Die Juniorsuite im älteren Gebäude, ist bisschen in die Jahre gekommen

Personal bei der Rezeption war extrem zuvorkommend und bemüht!

Cons:

Leider war die Innenseite der Tür im Badezimmer mit komisch farbigen Flecken versehen. Am Boden in der Toilette waren Fußnägel in der Ecke hinter der Tür. Kann passieren, aber etwas unappetitlich.
