Alles war top!

Sehr schönes, modernes und gepflegtes Hotel. Hier hat einfach alles gepasst. Leckeres Frühstücksbuffett mit swhr viel Auswahl. Besonders toll waren der Wellnessbereich mit Indoor- und Outdoor-Pool sowie die Sonnenliegen im Freien.

Auch die Extras haben uns begeistert: Kaffee und Kuchen, Fruchtsalat, frische Früchte und 24 Stunden Getränke – einfach rundum perfekt. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder! 😊

Amazing staff. The receptionist went above and beyond to help us with all and any of our requests. During breakfast - the same approach, they want above and beyond accommodating to all our requests (one of us was vegan)

Cons:

Minor and almost negligible discomfort, the parking lot closes at 20:00, you need to enter with a code. Minor nuisance. The hotel is just perfect.

החל מההגעה לחניון מקורה, אווירה של הכנסת אורחים, כל המלון והצוות בסטייל מושקע עם תודעת שירות גבוהה. אזור וולנס מהמם עם חדר כושר ובריכה מושקעים ברמות הגבוהות ביותר. החדר וארוחת הבוקר מדהימים, וגם ארוחת הערב עם מנות שף מושקעות

The parking space is an issue.. not enough places for all the guests. The room for 3 offers a strange space for the double bed -bed is fixed between 2 walls...

Pros:

Prachtig hotel met mooie kamers. Alles erg schoon en netjes. Ontbijt was uitstekend. Personeel was erg vriendelijk en ijverig, ze maakten alles erg schoon en netjes. Mooie omgeving zowel in de winter als in de zomer. Prachtig zwembad.

Cons:

Het water van het zwembad was koud.

Beautiful, book it!
Pros:

Beautiful room, hotel, facilities. Staff exceptionally friendly and helpful. Free t cable car pass for the surrounding mountains was a bonus. Secure parking for my motorcycle. Supermarket and local village with plenty of restaurants all within a short walk. Fab stay, thank you all at Nagalu!

Pool/Sauna/Frühstück/Personal

Cons:

Es ist in Fiss abends fast nicht möglich ohne Reservierung einen Tisch zum Essen zu bekommen. Es muss so über Tage das Abendessen geplant werden. Ist natürlich ein Problem bei allen Hotels in Fiss und nicht speziell im Nagalu. Abendessen im Hotel relativ teuer.
