Žádná katastrofa, ale čekal jsem tedy více
Pros:

Umístění hotelu přímo na hlavním náměstí. Personál u snídaně milý. To je asi tak vše, co mohu ocenit.

Cons:

Samoobslužný proces odbavení v kiosku možná šetří náklady majiteli, ale rozhodně preferuji živou recepci (kiosek vydal nefunkční kartu, nikdo neřekne žádné informace, úschovnu kol jsme si museli najít sami, žádné ukazatele atd.).

Pokoj velmi jednoduchý, ocenil bych třeba ledničku, šampon na vlasy, nějakou drobnost jako obrázek na zdi, co by pokoj trochu zútulnilo.

Dveře vůbec netlumí hluk, budil mě hluk z chodby, tím, že není obsazena recepce, nikdo neřeší rušení nočního klidu.

Na pokoji se píše o automatech na občerstvení ve foyer (restaurace zavřená), ale automat prázdný a na výběr jen pár lahviček vína.

Snídaně dobrá, ale doplnil bych například párky.

Super stimmig und erholsam!
Pros:

Frühstück war ausgezeichnet. Die dafür zuständige Dame war super nett und hat immer wieder was nachgebracht. Wir kamen auch mit dem Selfcheck-in gut zurecht. Es war herrlich!

Pros:

Das frühstück war sehr gut.das einchecken hat nicht funktioniert. Die karte ging nicht und es war über eine halbe Stunde nicht möglich eine Ersatzkarte zu bekommen.Erst nachdem mir ein anderes Zimmer zugeteilt wurde konnte ich endlich dieses auch nutzen.

Frühstück war reichlich. Gebäck immer frisch

Cons:

Zimmerreinigung ! An einem Tag keine Zimmerreinigung bzw. Abfallbehälter wurden auch nicht immer ausgeleert.
Der Getränkeautomat war leider nicht in Betrieb bzw. nicht aufgefüllt.

Das Frühstück war echt top es hat alles gegeben. Das Gebäck war frisch. Die Dame vom Servie war sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Als wir ankamen war nur ein Schlüsselkasten kein Ansprechnpartner nur telefonisch möglich.
Für ältere Leute sicher ein Problem. Es gibt einen Parkplatz nur muss man bezahlen.

Frühstück, Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit, Angebot super, Garage gegen Aufpreis vorhanden

Man braucht gute Nerven um das Hotel betreten zu können. Als wir es versuchten waren schon drei andere Personen am Automaten gescheitert. Erst mit Hilfe eines Anrufes und darauf hin, einer freundlichen Dame, konnten wir das Hotel betreten. Daher: nicht aufgeben, einfach die angegebene Notnummer anrufen!!! Es zahlt sich aus !!!
