Tolles familiäres Hotel zum Abschalten mit großem Garten. Das gesamte Hotel ist sehr sauber, die Inhaber sind äußerst freundlich. Uns beeindruckt v.a. die große Anzahl an Spielen, die wir im Gwölb ausgiebig testen konnten. Auch das Frühstück ist ausgezeichet. Wir waren schon mehrfach da und kommen bestimmt wieder.

Tutto. Hotel originale con tanti libri e giochi che puoi usare, spazi belli e comodi dove trascorrere il tempo. Colazione buonissima e bar a disposizione. Prendi e segni cosa hai preso e poi paghi. Camera spaziosa, bella. Bagno nuovo. Giardino con tanto spazio. Posizione comoda per visitare Lienz ma anche per visitare i dintorni. Insomma imperdibile

Sehr persönlich, sehr schönes Ambiente. Hier muss man sich einfach wohlfühlen. Super Frühstück!

Ganz netter Inhaber, es gab gutes Essen, Getränke zur Selbstbedienung und vor Allem viele Brettspiele zum Ausprobieren - von Kinderspielen bis zu Kennerspielen. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt wie im eigenen Wohnzimmer

Breakfast was great. All what we needed on offer, incl. home made jams, sirups, fresh fruit from home garden.

Amazing little hotel with a lot of attention to detail and extremely friendly hosts. If you have the chance to stop here, highly recommend it and it as our favourite place along Drauradweg. Beautiful garden to relax and delicious Jause for dinner.

We are a couple from the UK on a motorcycle trip to Croatia and back. We have stayed in some super places during our four week trip so far but the Hotel Tschitscher is simply the best. We were greeted by the host Deter and straight away it became apparent that nothing was too much trouble. There was a garage for our motorbike (which is always a bonus!) and our room was spot on. Deter explained the history of the house to us (there’s lots of it!) and he was then happy to give us his time to chat about a whole host of things we needed information on. Oh, and there’s an amazing selection of books, games and music available. The place is spotless and the breakfast was extremely healthy and beautifully presented. It was representative of the area and included home made jams and quality products from the area, it was definitely the best we’ve had. There is an honesty bar and a wonderful garden. As this was a booking on the homeward part of our journey it was only for one night but we have already decided to come back to stay here and explore the area further in the future. Just before we were leaving we were fortunate enough to meet Deter’s wife who turned out to be equally as charming as Deter. She spent time showing us around her wonderful garden and we were able to swop interesting bits of information on various garden plants. You will not be surprised to hear that we recommend the place highly!

Fantastic place, filled with passion, vision and the host is probably the nicest guy you'll ever come across, ABSOLUTELY marvellous.

The facilities were top notch, the host was awesome, and the games were abundant and in great condition. We were traveling with no plans and I picked the property 40 minutes from checking in based on ratings and price. All 4 of us loved the place and hope to find time in the future to return.

The accommodation is in a very nice location. 350-year-old building, comfortably furnished. Nicely maintained, huge garden. Separate room with games. The rooms have books and a CD player with a selection of good CDs. Very kind, courteous, friendly host (Dieter). A varied, delicious breakfast.
