It's a well located hotel with a very friendly and polite staff

Cons:

This hotel is outdated and in a poor condition. The room felt old and badly maintained, with inadequately arranged furniture and an enormous TV that made no sense for the size of the room. There was no coffee machine, no minibar, and not even a bottle of water provided, which is unacceptable at this level.
The bathroom was particularly problematic: the water does not drain properly, and after a simple shower the floor gets completely flooded.
The hotel urgently needs to be closed and fully renovated. While the view from the balcony is genuinely great, the balcony furniture and overall atmosphere are terrible, old, unattractive, and not at all inviting to sit and enjoy the view.
As for the food, it is barely acceptable just to keep you alive. Nothing was tasty, memorable, or special in any way.
Overall, the experience was disappointing, and I would not recommend this hotel unless major renovations are carried out or the pricing is significantly adjusted.
