Pros:

El hotel está en muy buena ubicación y nosotros tuvimos habitación con vistas a la piscina y terraza con unas vistas impresionantes. La habitación estaba muy bien y limpia y la cama muy cómoda, dormimos genial.

El personal tanto en el bar como en recepción y bufet super amables. Íbamos con un peque de 3 años y se portaron genial con el, le dieron un librito y pinturas y al irnos nos dieron una bolsita con unas regalitos y un juego para el niño. Muy recomendable.

Cons:

De lo poco que no nos gustó es el ascensor que es pequeño y viejo y algunas cosas anticuadas. Por poner un pero.

Pas de petit frigo dans la chambre dommage..

No es un 4 estrellas por su estado, necesita una reforma importante.
Pros:

Tiene piscina y parking, lavabos recien reformados.

Cons:

Habitaciones dodne estubimos pone que son 20m2. Conte tres pasos por 3 pasos sin contar el pasillito hasta la puerta, colchones muy muy blandos dolor de espalda t hundes no hay aire acondicionado, estabamos a mas de 30 grados. Ni siquiera un ventilador de techo pedimos un ventilador y nos trajeron uno pero por la noche se pasa mal con tanto calor. Ascensor de 1 metro por 1 metro preguntamos si habia otro y hay otro en el otro lado del pasillo a parte de viejo una vez nos kedamos bloqueados una señora del servocio muy amable nos desbloqueo la puerta, en hora punta como desayunos cuesta coger el ascensor, como no pudimos subimos las 6 plantas andando despues de desayunar.

Nem de perto, nem de longe trata-se de um hotel de 4 estrelas. 3 estrelas sendo amigo.

Zona sossegada.

Cons:

Instalações algo antigas. Casa-de-banho dos anos 80.
Limpeza do quarto ao nível de um hotel de 2 estrelas. Muitos cabelos no chão do quarto e da casa-de-banho. Sanita sem a etiqueta de desinfectada.
Pequeno-almoço curto para hotel de 4 estrelas.

Nos encantó. El desayuno y la cena de bufet muy bien cocinado y de excelente calidad. La cama era comodísima, la habitación era muy grande, con terraza y vistas a la montaña. La piscina excelente. El personal es muy amable. Tienen muchos detalles con los clientes. Nos dieron un aperitivo gratuito de bienvenida y un regalo de despedida. Sin duda repetiremos.

Buena ubicación porque tiene parking gratuito y la atención del personal que fue bastante amable.

Cons:

La habitación muy ruidosa, estaba cerca del ascensor y no se podía dormir, se oía muchísimo todo. La cena muy escasa, nosotros teníamos reservado media pensión y solo fuimos a cenar un día, preferimos ir a cenar fuera porque no valía la pena quedarse. El spa cerrado por reformas. En general bastante decepcionante, no se corresponde la realidad a las fotos publicadas.

Pros:

La Piscina és genial
L'Atenció de tot el personal, tant de recepció com cambrers i cambreres com personal de neteja.
Hi ha molt aparcament de l'hotel.

Cons:

L'Ascensor. La veritat és que he quedat sorpresa de que un hotel tan gran tingui només un asce sor on max. caben 4 persones.
