Pros:

Las vistas eran preciosas, la habitación estaba muy limpia y ordenada y el personal muy amable.
Está justo al lado del telecabinas y nos fue genial!

Cons:

La cama no era muy cómoda y me movia mucho. Se veía que era un poco antigua y no muy cómoda. Pero solo puedo decir esto negativo. Todo lo demás genial.

hotel muy actual y moderno, comodo, agradable y practico,para disfrutar de la zona o ir a esquiar
Pros:

el hotel es pequeño pero muy comodo por su ubicacion y sus servicios, puedes dejar los esquies en un cuartito con llave en cada esquis, puedes usar el parking de delante de pago, el desayuno continental está bastante bien, las recepcionistas, sobretodo silvye, son encantadores y atentos, siempre con animo de ayudarte. Las habitaciones confortables y con vistas, aunque un poco pequeñas, pero muy bien, solo que siempre hace calo en invierno y acabas durmiendo con la ventana un poco abierta (pero mejor asi que pasar frio), los baños muy agradables. Esta cerca de restaurantes, tiendas y caminando 5 min hasta el telehuevo que te sube a las pistas de Pal para poder esquiar sin coger el coche. Lo recomiendo 100%

hace demasiada calor en la habitacion, pero si abres un poc la ventana, puedes dormir bien

Would happily stay here again
Pros:

We stayed here during the February half-term.
Positives
- the staff were fantastic. helpful and informative.
-Breakfast buffet was excellent
-Evening meal at sister hotel was excellent.
-Location for Skiing is excellent, 40m from the gondola, hardly had to queue for it most mornings.
-free ski storage in reception
-fridge and balcony in our room was perfect.
-room was spacious for the 2 of us. Excellent showers

Negative (Very minor)
- bedroom was very warm over night
- although the use of pool facilities is advertised for next door. This is not free and needs to be booked in advance with reception (€12 pp/ph)

Over all we had a great time on our trip and would happily stay here again. The location and breakfast bar make this a fantastic place to be to get on the slopes.

Another great stay at the Del Pui
Pros:

Back again this year at the Del Pui for a short ski holiday.

The location is superb - so close to the Pal gondola station and a variety of ski equipment hire shops in the immediate locality. The bus stop serving both Arinsal and La Vella is around the corner.

Thanks to Sylvie on reception for the warm welcome every evening as we returned from skiing.

El desayuno está increíble, las habitaciones muy cómodas y con visitas a la montaña. Las chicas de recepción siempre están dispuestas a ayudarte. El hotel está muy bien preparado para esquiar: a pie de pistas y con guarda esquí cómodo y seguro. Muy bien calefaccionado para días de frío.

Cons:

Nada, quizás es ya un detalle pero a veces hacia mucho calor por la noche y tuvimos que apagar el radiador.

Sobre todo la atención del personal, incluso ya cuando he vuelto a casa me han llamado porque me he olvidado ahí la cartera con la documentación y han tenido la amabilidad de mandármelo con la carta certificada.

Cons:

Como punto a mejorar, diría que hacía demasiada calor en la habitación, sin poder regularla directamente y por eso tuvimos que tener las ventanas de las dos habitaciones abiertas. Por lo demás, inmejorable, volvería sin duda
