Not well equipped for hot summers, need to address bathroom plumbing issues.
Pros:

Nice staff, the breakfast in the restaurant was good.

Cons:

The shower drain in room 601 is quite clogged. I mentioned it and it didn't get addressed. Toilet tank was running the whole time. Wifi signal is weak and kept going in and out/disconnecting (maybe because we were on the 6th floor and it couldn't reach? not sure why) No AC or cool temp control in any of the rooms - So, I know European hotels don't often have AC and/or have strict energy saving laws, but it was about 80F degrees outside (26C) when we checked in, and subsequently hotter on the inside (top floor, short and sloped ceilings) with no windows open. It might be time for some mini-splits or overall temp control with these heatwaves that keep happening. The tower fan provided was pretty basic and flimsy, weak air flow. The whole experience felt much more like we were staying in a sporadically maintained, dated condo rental than an active hotel.

La atención principalmente, como siempre todos muy atentos y amables, las instalaciones limpias y modernas y la ubicación inmejorable para subir a practicar ciclismo a pal arinsal.

Te veel lawaai van de straat ( verkeer en mensen)
De kamer was echt te warm en alleen de balkondeur kon open, vervolgens was er dan super veel lawaai

Genial cap de setmana
Pros:

M’ha agradat tot, atenció, neteja, menjar, comoditat, localització. Super atents amb el tema de la sensibilitat al gluten. Cada matí han tingut preparat el meu pa i croissant, palmera de xocolata, super bé!!!

Cons:

Hem hagut de dormir amb el balcó tancat perquè hi passen molts cotxes just a sota.

Cozy hotel in La Massana
Pros:

Liked this hotel. The rooms are small but cozy and comfortable. There's a fan in the room, and everything is clean. The staff are very friendly — interacting with them was a real pleasure. Overall, I left with a really good impression.

Cons:

Our windows faced the street, so it was a bit noisy at times, and without air conditioning, it got fairly warm — we visited at the end of June. So if you don't like noise, it might be worth asking for a room that doesn't face the street, if one is available.
