🚨BED BUGS🚨 The hotel has a review about bed bugs and 2 weeks later rented me the same room

My son’s face was destroyed by bed bug bites and she pretended to be stupid and tried to tell me it wasn’t a bed bug. I literally have photos and videos of it which I saw crawl on me during the night. I asked her did you know about this problem? She said NO !
Then the staff came to the room with a can of bug spray and disrupted me to change to another apartment. Why they didn’t just give me that one in the first place I’ll never know. Then I read less than 2 weeks before the exact same thing happened to someone else. So they knew about that and didn’t bother properly fixing it just greedy to get more money. When I showed her my son’s face she just shrugged her shoulders with a smug look on her face. Disgraceful

Oh also when I looked for more bedbugs when she was trying to gas light me and say it was a mosquito which bit my baby, I found silverfish insects in the bed too and on the floor. They didn’t care about whether my stuff was in bags to go
To the other flat, probably the whole building is infested and riddled and the apartment stank like I don’t even know what , like rotten milk or something. Vile.

Amazing price, amazing place front the sea
Pros:

The property have a great location, at the Center the beach vlorë in Lungomare, everything clean and tidy. They helped us a lot because our flight arrived around 01:30 am and we arrived in vlorë around 6:00 am and our check in was around 15:00 pm, but they managed to get our check in around 10:30 am.

The hotel has a “private beach in front” by the way we can use umbrella and chair to stay at the beach without pay.

We stayed 5 days, and everyday the staff cleaned our room.

Staff very polite and kind.

Cons:

The only thing I didn't like was that when we made the reservation they said they had breakfast for 5 euros per person, but when we checked in we were informed that the kitchen was closed.

The receptionist was really welcoming. The room was really nice and clean. Really good location, so close to the seaside area. Free Parking, private beach. For sure will be back again.

Sono molto indietro per il turismo di buon livello. Non si percepisce il piacere dell'accoglienza

Il servizio spiaggia è stato ottimo.

Cons:

Seppure venga offerto sul sito, non esiste il servizio navetta e chiunque deve arrangiarsi per conto proprio.
Avevamo chiesto una sistemazione che non ci è stata confermata.
All'arrivo la soggetta del bagno era rotta e quando tiri l'acqua del water esce fuori e bagna a terra.
Alla nostra partenza non sono stati capaci di trovare un taxi.
