Excelente atención
Pros:

La habitación muy amplia y cómoda.
El personal excelente atención. Bajamos un poco más tarde del horario del desayuno y las chicas nos prepararon y sirvieron todo. Una amabilidad que es raro encontrar en otros hoteles

Pros:

Me gusta la amplitud del hotel y especificamente de la habitacion y baño .
Tiene pileta y gimnasio.

Cons:

Me dá pena la falta de mantenimiento . Se nota ha sido un hotel espectacular pero ya no. Todo correcto pero el desayuno y la decoracion tienen un monton para mejorar. Igualmente estuvimos muy comodos y volvería !
Es de destacar que las sabanas y toallas impecables. Y la calefaccion muy alta pero se regula en la misma habitacion.

La relacion precio-calidad muy mala, empeoro este ultimo tiempo

Desde el verano el hotel desmejoro en muchos aspectos sin embargo tiene el costo de un hotel de categoria 4 estrellas.
Pase frio 3 dias durante mi estadia en invierno porque el aire acondicionado estaba roto , no podia detenerse ni graduarse.
El control remoto de la tv estaba sin pilas
La ventana se podia abrir pero habia que levantarla para cerrarla porque estaba descuadrada
No habia mantas de repuesto y cada dia tuve que volver a solicitarlas.
porque las retiraban
Habia una cafetera que no funcionaba y dio lo mismo porque solo habia un saquito de te para una habitacion doble
El frigobar no enfriaba y tenia solo un agua de cortesia a temperatura ambiente
En el baño falto gorra de ducha y jaboneras para apoyar el jabon
Tuve un problema medico un dia domingo y el recepcionista no presto ninguna colaboracion pero si la ofrecio el personal de la cafeteria.
La habitacion 602 no esta en condiciones ademas porque da a una obra en construccion , al paso del tren y al lado de la habitacion donde guardan los carros del personal de aseo por lo que fue ruidosa a toda hora.

desayuno pobre para lo que el hotel ofrecia anteriormente. no malo , pero sin mucha variedad

Cons:

la pileta climatizada estaba el agua fresca y el ambiente helado , no la pudimos usar , y el motivo de la reserva fue poder aprovechar la pileta. era el motivo principal y no pudimos usarla en ningun momento
