Hospedagem cobrou valor acima do que foi reservado em dólar. Mesmo efetuando o pagamento com cartão de débito emitido no exterior deixaram de isentar o imposto IVA de 21%. Observação: Antes de realizar o pagamento eu alertei ao funcionário que deveria isentar o imposto.

El desayuno correcto pero podría mejorarse. Me gustó la limpieza, que todo fuera nuevo. Me gustó la atención de su gente, desde la gente de limpieza hasta los de recepción. Me gustó el salón de desayuno con su buena vista.

El desayuno podría ser más variado y generoso. Me faltó una mesita cerca de un enchufe para usar la computadora.

Creo que lo bueno del hotel es la ubicación.

Cons:

Cuando reservé, el hotel ofrecía como servicios “buen desayuno” y estacionamiento. Lamentablemente, el desayuno no es bueno; es muy básico y bastante decepcionante para lo que se promete.
Con respecto al estacionamiento, no está incluido y se cobra aparte: $20.000 por noche al momento de mi estadía, algo que no queda del todo claro al momento de la reserva.
Nuestra habitación tenía una puerta corrediza en el baño que se trababa cada vez que entrábamos o salíamos, lo que resultó muy incómodo.
Llegamos muy cansados luego de un viaje largo, por lo que realizamos el reclamo al momento del check-out. Como respuesta, nos ofrecieron un voucher del 10% de descuento para una futura estadía.
