Tuve muy buena estadía, esperando poder volver en otro momento.
Pros:

Salvo el baño, me gustó todo el hotel, el SPA, la ubicación, la limpieza, la atención de los empleados, tanto de recepción como de comedor y mucamas. Ingrid de la recepción excelente. No menciono a nadie más porque no sé sus nombres pero todos fueron muy amables.

Cons:

No me gustó fue la altura del colchón para mi 1,53 mts. Bastante duro y en los bordes ya caído lo que impedía sentarse en el mismo porque se resbalabas.
El baño un poco antiguo, con bañadera muy alta, cosa que era incómodo para dos personas bastante mayores como mi marido y yo entrar a la misma. Incluso mi esposo se cayó en la bañadera, sin consecuencias por suerte. Creo que este hotel debería empezar a remodelar los baños, modernizarlo sin bañadera ni cortina, sino ponerle mampara como ya tienen los mejores hoteles.

Preciosa piscina climatizada.Muy buen desayuno.

Cons:

La música en vivo de la cena .. Apunta a un público muy grande. No pudimos cenar tranquilos ya que había que interactuar permanentemente.
Tendría que ser una propuesta tranqui...cómo el hotel

Buena experiencia sin preocupaciones
Pros:

buena atención, instalaciones limpias y cómodas, y el restaurante donde sirven el desayuno es excelente. Ideal para descansar sin preocuparse por nada.

No me gustó que tenías que andar pidiendo como hasta el papel higiénico limpiaron la habitación y no repusieron papel, tuve que pedir cambio de almohada xq tenía olor feo, la tele muy lenta debería de cambiar el baño necesita ventilación. Y la ducha puede mejorar al igual que las cortinas del baño. El desayuno riquísimo
