Comodo pero no fue lo que reservé.
Pros:

La recepción fue acorde con mis expectativas, muy amable, atencioso y estaba esperando por nosotros en el exacto horario que habia dicho que ibamos a llegar.

Cons:

En momento de reservar el hotel, reservé 2 habitaciones con servicio de desayuno incluido. Por error del sitio, no estaba informado que por cambio de temporada este servicio no estaba más disponible. Al llegar en local, lo que realmente estaba reservado era una habitación de 2 ambientes en la parte de atrás del hotel sin el servicio de desayuno, tuvimos que buscar por maps un local abierto.

Pros:

Desastre total,malas personas, acordamos todo a traves de app. Horario cochera todo ok, cuando llegue a la hs acordada simple mente no me atendieron tuve q salir a media noche a buscar donde descansar.

Antes de pagar, preguntar...
Pros:

Me gustó la ubicación cerca de la playa y centro comercial. La vista en el lugar para desayunar y que Me dejaron entrar más temprano a la habitación.

Cons:

No me gustó que reserve y pague la habitación frente al mar, ni las disculpas y qué solo era un problema de booking.

Pros:

La red de WIFI era muy buena, el trato del personal también. La habitación fue super cómoda.

Cons:

El desayuno era demasiado simple (infusión de té o café con o sin leche y dos medialunas), si te quedás varios días aburre, aunque la publicación no indicaba que tenía desayuno.
Una vez, al bañarnos se cortó el agua y tuvimos que avisar a recepción para que prendan la centrífuga.

La ubicación excelente, la habitación super cómoda, la ducha excelente. La pasamos muy bien. Además tenía cochera, el encargado Jorge muy atento y cordial. Volveremos!!!!

Absolutely fantastic experience!
Pros:

What a great place! Excellent location, the beach is right across from the hotel. Fun fact I learned from the wonderful hostess, the hotel is actually the founder of San Bernardo's former house! So I got to stay in a historically significant building. I cannot say enough about how fantastic the hosts were! The gentleman I met did not speak English, but was still quite good at communicating. Gracias senor! The woman I met was full of great information (like the historic significance of the building), and was able to recommend where to go to eat, for souvenirs and where to find an ATM. She rocks!! There is also secure parking on site, and a VERY lovely dog. <3 Would absolutely, 100%, without hesitation stay here again.
