Heel vriendelijk personeel. Het was ook erg schoon allemaal en ook de bedden waren prima.

Un hotel excelente !
Pros:

Excelente alojamiento al que sin duda volveremos. Hemos disfrutado de unas vacaciones magníficas y, cuando regresemos a esquiar, repetiremos con total seguridad. Muchas gracias al personal por su amabilidad y su atención al detalle. La posibilidad de incluir la cena es una opción muy cómoda y, después de un día intenso en las pistas, no tener que salir es un verdadero lujo.

Un séjour moyen.
Pros:

J'ai aimé les portes, toutes très belles. Local à ski chauffé. Chauffage au sol dans la salle de bain. Les lits allemands avec les 2 petites couettes. La propriétaire est très gentille. La vue sur les 2 belles églises. La proximité de la station (à pied possible).

Cons:

Les repas. Les horaires du dîner. Si on arrive à 19h15, il n'y a plus de soupe. On a souvent dû demander des choses manquantes au buffet (vaisselles et nourriture). Qualité des plats : pas terribles, mêmes crudités pendant 6 jours. Carafe d'eau payante (2,40€). Beaucoup de bruit dans le restaurant.
Un membre du personnel pas du tout accueillant à
notre arrivée (aucun renseignement, aucune explication sur le fonctionnement de l'hôtel) et jamais souriant. On a découvert par hasard le deuxième jour qu'il y avait un tunnel reliant les 2 bâtiments !
Trop chaud dans la chambre, couette trop chaude. Chambre côté rue très bruyante.
Un minuscule savon pour la semaine.
Pas assez de prises dans la chambre.

Skuffende, og levede ikke op til hverken beskrivelse eller billeder.
Pros:

Det var fin morgenmad.
Aftensmaden var kedeligt og ensformigt.

Cons:

Maden var kedelig og meget skuffende ifht. Prisen.

Der var intet at lave for børn, der var et opholdsrum - men det var meget kedeligt.

Great stay!
Pros:

We had a great stay! Friendly owners, the food was delicious, and the gondola to the ski area is within walking distance. A perfect hotel and ski area (Golm) to visit with (young) children.
