Buona la posizione
Colazione scarsa sia nella scelta sia nella qualità dei prodotti.
Siamo arrivati prima dell' orario di check-in, come in molte altre strutture. Non ci era mai capitato di non trovare nessuno all' accoglienza a cui chiedere informazioni utili per la vacanza.
La camera non è stata pulita nei tempi utili perché avremmo dovuto mettere noi il segnale fuori dalla porta! In tutti gli hotel di solito si utilizza il cartello "non disturbare" per indicare che si sta occupando la camera, e quando non è esposto il personale procede alle pulizie.
In camera non c'era l' aria condizionata, con temperature molto alte in luglio e agosto! Abbiamo acceso il ventilatore, che non è confortevole.
Il costo del soggiorno è piuttosto alto in relazione ai bassi servizi offerti.
Ci dispiace. Non siamo soliti dare valutazioni così basse
Przestronny pokój.
Żeby wejść do pokoju musieliśmy obejść budynek. Pokój jakby w przybudówce, o niskim suficie, na parterze. Mimo upału obawialiśmy się otworzyć na noc okna, gdyż obok chodzili ludzie. Poinformowano nas, że aby zapewnić sobie miejsce parkingowe na ogólnodostępnym parkingu możemy powołać się na rezerwację w tym obiekcie, a otrzymamy taką możliwość. Nie było to prawdą. Pan na parkingu stwierdził, że mamy czekać, aż coś się zwolni. Śniadanie skromne, uzupełnione po interwencji.

War alles schön.
Oda çok güzeldi, tam eski köy evleri gibiydi ve sessiz olması çok hoşumuza gitti. Çalışanlar da çok tatlıydı.
Konumu vapur iskelesine çok uzak kalıyor. Özellikle bizim gibi ağır bavulları olanlar varsa bir daha düşünebilirler. Biz baya bir zorlandık bavulları taşırken.

Hotel is tucked away in a quiet corner the property is very charming and clean.
And the owner is extremely welcoming and helpful
Hallstatt is one of those unforgettable spots on this beautiful planet and definitely worth at least one night because by 5 pm the crowds dissipate and the evening is both charming and romantic views.
Nothing beats a magical view, fresh grilled trout and a refreshing beer 🍺
