Wonderful little gem with amazing staff ready to assist the breakfast was plenty with a variety of assortment to choose from. Definitely will be back.
The lady who gave us the key was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home from the very first moment. There was a small mix-up with our room, and she immediately took care of everything and kindly upgraded us! truly thoughtful service.
The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was lovely and gave us the perfect energy to enjoy magical Hallstatt. The location is ideal, close to Parking P1, allowing you to leave your car and take a pleasant walk while admiring the breathtaking views and cute little shops.
We would definitely love to come back.

Habitacion comoda,el personal muy amable, la limpieza muy bien. Lo recomiendo.
El desayuno es lo único que nos gustó.
La calefacción no funcionó durante la noche estando a -10° fuera de la habitación. Nos intentaron poner un radiador portátil para una habitación de 40-50 metros cuadrados y no fue suficiente y al final nos pusimos malos del frío que hacía. Las duchas esos dos días tenían que ser cuando el resto de inquilinos no se duchasen porque sino solo había agua caliente para una cosa o ducharse o calefacción. Fue una vergüenza. No volveremos. El precio que tiene la habitación también es desproporcionado.
Our stay was pleasant, the room was spacious, warm, had a nice bathroom, the staff was helpfull and answered all of our questions without hesitation, as for the breakfast it was good and everything seemed fresh.
Our room didnt have any views. The parking was an issue, not as far as the availability but since the hotel has its own parking spots, I didnt quite understand why we had to go to P1, to be honest I didnt make this question to the reception and went straight to the public parking.

Ancak otel city taxi kartla ödemeyi kabul etmiyor arkadaslar nakit istiyor ancak bizim nakit paramız yoktu çok çaresiz durumda kaldık en son 6 eur ya kartla marketten bir seyler almayı teklif ettik ancak kabul etmediler, otelde şansımıza türk bir çift vardı ve onlar yardım etti ayrıca check in saati 16.00 bu korkunctu, bölgede hayat 18.00 da bitiyor checkini beklemek için pis kıyafetlerimizle dolaşmak durumunda kaldık 11.00 da da check out yapmamızı istiyorlar tavsiye etmiyorum
