Hotel je na opravdu krasnem miste, primo u konce/zacatku sjezdovek. Neskutecne mily personal a vse nachystane a nastavene pro rodiny s detmi a pro deti specialne. Pobyt jsme si narame uzili a doufam, ze hotel opet navstivime!

Noting to comment, just maybe to hot in the hotel. But this seems to be an austrian rule. So pack enough t shirts also in winter.
Hotel is very nice and has a family atmosphere, located in a quiet area of Hinterglemm, close to some lifts, shops and center. Room and the facilities were very clean, maintained daily. Our room was big, clean, with comfortable beds, had beautiful view and a big terras, with chairs and a table. Staff was very friendly and helpful, both in the hotel and restaurant. Food and service in the restaurant was excellent, with wide variety of choices for breakfast and some choices for dinner that would accommodate any preference. My kids loved the snack they were serving for lunch. We loved the swimming pools, both the inside and the outside and some of the saunas in the wellness area. Hotel also has some bicycles that guests can use for free; we also enjoyed a local ride. Hotel garage had plenty of parking spaces. And the Jocker card they offer with the room is a great addition, we could use it in many places we went around, with reduced price for some attractions and free rides with the gondolas.
